You know, geek mode and all that.

The “style” of Star Wars was awesome, the language and presentation, the action…

But the philosophical content was severely retarded. It’s like Buddhism explained by a 5-year-old with severe learning disabilities who only knows 12 words.

It was all iconic, and I’m sure Lucas watched a lot of PBS, but that doesn’t substitute for being willing to look at an idea and say “whoa, that’s pretty dumb.”

The Jedi had “super powers” and it was almost completely wasted because they had about as much of a clue as a rhododendron.

All that being said, I STILL don’t give a damn what an actor has to say about politics!

As much as I dislike Obama, this is the sort of heavy-handed propagandastic effort I’ve come to expect from the left–a little to obvious, a little too smeary, and a little too long. If I had to bet, I would guess it was made by a Hillary supporter.

I’d rather see Obama taken out on the level of ideas (as his are thoroughly bad) than propaganda.
