LOL.. a shift from what position? Cornyn always held the position of border security and no ‘amnesty’. He even authored a proposed immigration reform program. He and Kay both publicly stated they did not support Bush’s proposal nor the Kennedy/McCain Bill.

The 6 page McFadden affidavit dated April 6th, 2008, was filed in court, and was provided to The Smoking Gun (TSG) by the San Angelo Standard-Times. FINALLY we can read from the government rather than gather from the MSM the record prompting this awful situation. The horrors of polygamy and SPECIFICALLY the original spiritual wivery practice of the original Mormon church, thrives today because of the Mormon male chauvenist patriarchy in full splendor of abomination. Mormon Spiritual Wivery never enforced the bonds and obligations of marriage upon the man who seduced the female by his priesthood authority over them. And once the US Government cracked down on 19th Century Mormon polygamists, after so many years of “persecution” they threw up their hands and came up with the Manifesto that originally proclaimed that the Divine Revelation and Practice of Polygamy would be REINSTATED upon the second coming of Christ, when God’s law would completely rule the earth according to Joseph Smith who would be in charge at the right hand of Jesus, his “elder brother”. Polygamy continued for two more generations as the church membership and authorities turned a blind eye until someone’s plural marriage became public, then excommunication! But so long as no records were kept, there were those devoted to the Mormon law of Celestial Marriage who resided in Southern Utah’s standard/modern LDS Church, the grandparents of “modern” 50-year-old Mormons around St. George, Cedar City, Orderville, Springville, Spanish Fork, etc. By neglecting to record temple ceremonies performed for plural marriage after the Manifesto, the temple authorities covered their own ass as well as dilluting historical records of the practice that was in fact continued, but denied vehemently by the obtuse young LDS.

No one in Texas has openly complained about the FLDS economic drain on taxes for welfare fraud, as the FLDS practice fraud in their Northern AZ homesteads. It would be interesting to know whether the FLDS in Eldorado were really self sufficient as their motto proclaimed, in order to be prepared for the Second Coming, for their Zion to be taken into the bosom of Jesus and made into a Celestial Kingdom as of molten glass. Eventually the men need to be arrested following genetic screening to provide grounds for prosecution. Meanwhile, if the women are not to be placed totally in the welfare or judicial system, with the men removed, at least allow the women to return home to take care of their business.

The local news announced the organization of charitable donations to facilitate the well being of these 416 children. I noted in the affidavit the possibility that some will be sent to facilities out of state. God be with them, the young to know that they are loved, the youth to learn truth and honorable responsibility. What a shame, so many babies made specifically for the purpose of exercizing power over more people. The babies are innocent and have full potential of becoming wonderful people, needing help to understand no fault for existing is on their heads.

Concerning the FLDS, Texas has accomplished a far safer invasion than those previously attempted in Idaho, Utah, and Arizona. Although generally a child at least knows who his mother is, in that society, mothers are stripped of their children as punishment. There are going to be mothers, also, who completely resent their situation and take it out on the babies. So sometimes a kinder mother will give another’s child the love needed. Of course, they teach their children to never trust the outside world and to never change. That it is proving so difficult to get their geneology is no surprise. But genetic testing will provide reliable court evidence.

I’ve been through this over and over here at HA so let me just say that I investigated the false accusation against Kay and once I got the facts, I agreed with her.

Um, the fact that your Senator has pressured ICE not to raid and arrest illegal aliens working for Texas-based Pilgrims Pride and traded his support for Julie Myers in exchange for her agreeing not to go ahead with a major raid on the company is, indeed, a real story. It’s not gossip nor “false accusations” no matter how much you wish to make people believe otherwise. Sorry. Facts are stubborn things.

Actually, he’s not so great on immigration at all. He talks a good game, but here’s the real story on Cornyn and illegal aliens. Don’t be fooled by this secure borders fraud.

Remember that the governor of Texas doesn’t have a whole lot of power, just a loud bully pulpit.

That’s right. The Lt. Gov. actually has the power, and David Dewhurst is fantastic. Texas has been well managed, spared most of the mortgage crisis, and has passed huge tax cuts.

No we need to keep John in the Senate for a while more, he’s got plenty of time to be Governor. Kay would make an excellent Governor. Actually there’s not a sliver of difference between the two of them.
