Video: The 100 Years of War Lie

The Barack Obama campaign has begun to feel the heat from their 100 Years of War lie. After the Columbia Journalism Review scolded the media for letting Obama off the hook for the distortion and the Washington Post gave Obama two Pinocchios for fibbing, the campaign and the candidate have belatedly tried backtracking. Now they insist that they never said that John McCain would have us at war for 100 years but have our troops deployed overseas for that length of time. David Axelrod tried that tack with Joe Scarborough on MS-NBC, but this mash-up proves that someone isn’t telling the truth:
Is this the politics of Hope and Change? Not exactly. It’s the same old politics of distortion and dishonesty, and it comes from the candidate who can least afford to be defined in those terms.

Axelrod has two companies handling both sides of the aisle. Does that remind you of someone?

Obama is simply trying to fill his empty suit with empty rhetoric and lies. The amazing thing is that people actually believe this “been nowhere, done nothing” dolt.

Osamabama lying–say it ain’t so.

The Obamassiah is a product of Chicago politics. Of course there’s distortion & dishonesty.

Who cares what he says??? All I know, is that I am hoping for change and changing for hope. Change is not hopeless when you are hoping to change hope. Hope is not changeless when you are changing to hope for change. That’s all that matters, hope, change, hoping for change and changing for hope. I hope.

I still can’t believe, between the lies and his affiliation with maniac pastors, he’s still up there, virtually untouched. Have we stepped into the Twilight Zone, and I just don’t know about it?

That video wasn’t long enough and was too example-sparse to be effective.

Why did Barack visit Pakistan back when he was in college? What did he do there?
boko fittleworth on April 7, 2008 at 3:29 PM
I heard Obama say that McCain wanted a hundred years of war. I am sure a lot of other people heard it too. It is not as if he can just pretend it did not happen.

How many Ivy League schools has he and his shy, quiet, delicate wife attended and they still forget that EVERYTHING that comes out of their ignorant pie holes is on VIDEO TAPE. Same with Her Thighness, the flower of NY. They all keep trying to deny things that we can play back for them over and over again. These people must believe that the Americans are brain dead. Well, some of us are, and we’ll find out who those people are when we count the votes for Barry in November.

Back-peddling like the master….Impeached President Clinton.

Using Obama’s Wright/Schultz defense, I prepared a statement for the Senator to issue regarding the allegations that he mischaracterized statements by Senator McCain.

Fauxbama is a black rascist. He hates being half white. There’s a lot there psychologically that can be tapped into after he wins the nomination. Ann Coulter had a nice column on Fauxbama on TownHall.com This only gets better for people like myself who hate progressive socialism………

Ah sweet politics…where is the outrage on the smearing of Mitt Romney. The liberal progressives are so afraid that Romney will be the VP selection, they are trashing him everywhere. One lofty pundit said “I will never trust a man whose hair does not blow in the wind”. Well well well.
Toss in the Socons, and Mitt is being vilified by his own party as well as the Democrats. He truly must be the best man for the job.

My guess is bringing the Good News of the Gospel. Perhaps he was on Christian pilgrimage? Maybe he was at one of the many Christian campus’ in Pakistan doing research? Pakistan is a country of open minds, and I’m sure the young genius was seeking enlightenment with those of his equal.

Did Obama catch Tuzla-itis? “I didn’t say that. I said this. Now look out the window at that beautiful butterfly! Nothing here to see. Move on…and hope!”
Only…the Obama “hopes” SOMEONE ELSE (let’s made a wild guess: “typical white persons”?) CAN BE MADE TO PAY for the policy folly he has in store.

All I know is that when I’m at the checkout and the total is something like $X.03, I’m hoping I have change but I never do. Then I end up with so much change that I’m hoping my change doesn’t weigh so much that it rips through my pocket. But if that ever happens, I hope that I can change. Of course, if I am able to change, I hope I keep some change so that the whole silly process doesn’t happen again.

100 years of occupation vs. 100 years of war. Unless our tankers are backed up in the Persian Gulf daily, I don’t see the point.

If Obama gets two Pinocchios, then Juan gets about 50.
Senator John McCain enjoys using the words “straight talk” yet showed last night he does not enjoy engaging in it. Placing Governor Mitt Romney on the defense he was able to waste a large portion of the debate accusing Romney of using the word timetable as a clear message he wanted to cut and run from Iraq. Romney was more than willing to engage himself in this childish exchange in an effort to make it clear he did not support a timetable for withdrawal while showing McCain to be a liar, of course without directly calling him a liar.
Senator McCain appeared very smug as well as extremely stubborn and childish. Rather than elevating himself above the fray his entrenched political instinct was to attack Governor Romney relentlessly. He emphasized the fact timetables was the “buzzword” in April 2007 five times which somehow proved his assertion Mitt Romney wanted a cut and run secret timetable for withdrawal, ignoring the obvious out of context use of the quote he clung to. His smirk and smug attitude garnered emotional reactions from Romney and the CNN moderators seemed either unwilling or unable to break up this schoolyard feud between the two Presidential candidates, possible future President of the United States!
50 Pinocchios? Make it a 100 my friends.

So the big lie continues. In 100 years this lie will be recorded as the truth in liberal written history books. What’s new?
