Because McCain’s undeserved reputation as a loose cannon on military matters is for me his saving grace as a candidate, and the reason I’m voting for him despite shamnesty, despite McCain-Feingold, and despite the various other ways he falls short of ideal. I want a President who’s been caught on tape singing “bomb bomb Iran”; I want a President who our enemies think might be a little unstable and trigger-happy. I want a President who will make Iran, Syria, and Huguito Comemierda Chavez think twice about screwing with the U.S., directly or by proxy, because they’re not really sure what crazy thing he might do in retaliation.

Whats wrong with NOT having Russia in the G8… all Putin and Russia have been doing is complaining about the missile defense in Poland, waaaaaaa! And what is so damned wrong about building up our Military? Clinton more or less stopped all funding to the Military, good people left, nothing was fixed or could be fixed. Now they are giving good raises, possibly going to give out higher GI bills for those who have served…. I don’t get it!
