Grew up in Memphis though I didn’t attend MSU (I’ll never be able to call it the U of M). This was the best Tiger team I ever saw play, but last night they had done to them what they did to the last 2-3 teams in the tourney.

All respect to Kansas, they didn’t give up and played a great game.

Hopefully Calipari won’t have a million people turn on him in Memphis now; he deserves a world of credit for building a real, reputable program and actually developing the talent of those kids during their time on the squad.

I hope Rose sticks around, too.

No one does heartbreak quite like Memphis.

Okay,here’s what I think the US military should be
running.We get say a hot spot that needs ordanance or
less lethal management.

You have something like a map of said target,say like Irag.
You’ve got satelites parked above,in a call centre like
atmosphere,computer monitors are tracking targets in said
real time.

The whole area is grided,each grided area has its own
command and control,nothing and I mean nothing gets by
the eyes in the sky!

Okay,open thread!

Now this one has me thinking:

If someone was standing on top of the World,on the North
Pole,not magnetic north,you would be looking straight up!

Now;

If someone was standing on the South Pole,not magnetic
south.And looked straight up!

Now; Wouldn’t the person standing on the South Pole be
upside down no matter how you look at it!

Any thoughts!
