BLAME the liberals! Rape in prison is a plague, but it is "tolerated" because liberals don't want to criticize gays. And conservatives are afraid to (cowed). Rape in prison has nothing to do with sexuality. This horror (worse than Abu Graib?) is because liberals insist upon letting these animals out of their cells. Giving them the opportunity to rape and murder. Lock 'em up and leave them in their cells till their sentence is over. Give them a book, and maybe a radio. Pipe in some Tony Robins.
