Of course! Why didn’t I see it before! It’s “Trudeaumania” all over again! On the other hand, Trudeau had (and I’m saying this as a guy who hates his dead guts) more “style and panache” in his pinky than Barack will ever accumulate in his lifetime.

Ed Morrisey links to this video, originating from the leftwing site MyDD using some of the most awful video from 9/11, bashing heck out of Jeremiah Wright and Barack Obama and generally playing attack dog in the Democratic nomination process…

Even the audio production was crap.

And if I hear that damn song one more friggin’ time..

“Ooooh, this is what the eeeeeeeevil Rovethuglicans are going to do if we vote Obama! Don’t do that!”

Hard-headed realism? Or fearmongering? I find it ironic that the Democrats used a double dose to attempt to counter a potential future single dose from the right.

Note: I don’t really care whether the Democrats loathe or embrace the practice, as long as they’re consistent about it.

unfair and devastating advertising

I continue to be amazed at bloggers on this site that say that a video with ACTUAL footage of any event is unfair. Of all places, this should be the place.

This is a simple dem trick to fool the masses into not attacking their candidate/issue.

This ad should already be running all day, every day. ObamaX is scary. Hillary won’t be able to actually socialize healthcare during her one term in office.

Or, even better, Youtube will be used as a free battleground to provide fodder for the MSM to point the finger of shame at. “Look at the nastiness going on out on the web, shame on them. More at 6, 8, 10 and 11pm! Back to you Babs”.

The web has changed all things for ever and ever more. People can have their most personal and private things put out for the whole world to see in a matter of seconds. At the same time, anyone, with the time and desire, can put together a minimovie like this one. If it goes viral, it’s everywhere in seconds.

The left has used this to rapidly push info through its network of high school and college students who are easily moved to protest and “act up” in one fashion or another. Problem for them has been that they don’t actually vote in great numbers.

But, combine the rapid dissemination of information with a more traditional media (MSM) that is dying and will do anything to keep itself alive a little longer and that will make for an interesting campaign season. Once the DNC decides who it will sacrifice, that is.

See, that’s what Republicans call “campaigning in a united manner.” No wonder we’re losing elections!

I’ll give a large sum of money to any PAC who makes an ad like this for the general election for use against Obama.

Let’s stop pussy footing around, and get back to what matters. There is a war going on, and Obama wants to lose it.

It’s sort of funny that while the loony left and even some on the right mock the idea of a missile shield … the people who actually HAVE the missiles seem to be taking it awfully serious.

I’ve run across a few folks from… the defense industry… who have told me some interesting “stories” about what we can really do. They have good reason to be worried.

Slightly off-topic, but I’ve been wondering the last few weeks: if missile defense can’t possibly work and its a complete waste of money … why exactly are the Russians so against it?

Obama doesn’t want to militarize space? Great, I’m sure the Chinese are already on it. No need for us to do it too, right? We know just how much the Chinese like to “share” sensitive and expensive technology.

I always ask myself; Claypigeon, why is it that every nation that makes decisions in its people’s best interest are lauded and or excused for it however when the freely elected leaders of your beloved representative republic do the same, they are derided and made to acquiesce to those actively seek to see our nation fail? And Claypigeon pray tell me, why is it in this nation’s best interest to weaken ourselves for the sake of our enemies and those who wish to abscond with what our nation has rightfully earned? I never have a good answer to these questions however, I am still audacious enough to ask the questions.
