More comedy gold in the form of real-time focus groups from Slate. There’s only ever been one reason to watch her clips; hence the gender divide here, which widens conspicuously with each flash of flesh. Even the guys end up in negative numbers, though, which returns us to a point I’ve made before: How do they manage to make a woman this volcanically hot so “irritating” and “embarrassing”? Allah, there are two components to a woman being hot:
1. She looks sexy when she goes out with you on Saturday night,
AND
2. She looks comfortable on Sunday afternoon talking with your mother in the garden about a Jane Austen novel.
Obama girl fails so miserably on test #2 that she can’t be truly considered volcanically hot. Amanda Carpenter, Mary-Katharine Ham, and Carrie Underwood pass both tests; they’re hot.

Check out the Obama Girl video from January that you linked. At roughly 30 seconds in, there is a shot of two girls in a gym working out. One girl (the second shown) wears a shirt reading “Spitzer Girl.” Take a close look. Is she Ashley Dupree, or just a good resemblence?
Even if it is not Dupree, the “Spitzer Girl” shirt, in retrospect, was a bit prophetic.

I believe the cupcakes in question are in large part a marketing product. Not necessarily fakes, I believe they are visually enhanced by a heavily engineered brassier structure and some serious tension.
That said, she’s certainly not unattractive.

Watch the lines as the video plays: when her image is not on, and all you have is the singing, the lines trend downward. But whenever her cleavage shows, BOTH lines shoot up.

AP, just curious, how old are you? I’ve noticed you seem to always bring exit questions or comments to a woman’s “hotness”. My husband was right, men think just about any woman is hot, show cleavage and she’s hot.

I am obviously a stereotypical woman. I found in the past and did again find the Obama-girl to be intensely irritating. I could not even get thru the video - of course I also find that genre of music to be so banal that it makes me want to stick pencils in my eyes.
