Hey Dan, why don’t we just throw out the Constitution with it’s guarantee of the individual’s right to not have to reveal how they voted. Remember, the “secret” ballot.
Dan, you should instead direct your indignation at states that permit open primaries or even don’t require people to be residents of the state when voting in primary elections. I believe New Hampshire allows people to come to the state and vote based on the possibility that you might be moving there in the near future. Where was your indignation then, Dan?

The Democrats have being doing this since I can remember and I’m 63. I don’t like this small abuse of our system by members of either party but changing party affiliation is a freedom. So as with most freedoms we enjoy, we have to be tolerant and take the good with the bad if we are to remain free. Loyalty oaths were struck down in the past as unconstitutional, so I am amazed that they still exist in this context.

There was dozens of stories put out by the MSM, reporting on how talk radio (specifically calling out Rush Limbaugh) had lost it’s influence over the listening audience. This had much to do with the nomination of John McCain.

Now we have dozens of stories put out by the MSM, reporting on how Rush Limbaugh has influenced millions of Republicans to cross-over and vote for Hillary as part of a campaign called “operation chaos”. Other stories are surfacing reporting on how Sean Hannity has overplayed the Rev. Wright story, and has influenced millions of his listeners.

They are so confused… Talk radio is dead; wait a minute, talk radio is alive and as evil as ever…. It must be really hard to wake up every day a member of the MSM (which has one foot in the coffin) and also be Liberal. OUCH….

every candident ask for crossover votes. dan abrams is a talking head. he can say what ever he wants to say. but to the point what did rush do.

he “rush” wants to keep both dem candidents in the race to explain the stances that they have taken.

the dems talk about “CHANGE”. CHANGE WHAT!

taxes?
clinton and obama want to raise our taxes.
national security?
obama and clinton so weak that it actually means a threat to the u.s. the list is too long.

Operation Chaos is wonderful on so many levels.

1. It shows that what the left has been doing via the MSM-brainwashing.

2. The MSM cannot handle, nor do they understand, the concept of competition.

3. The truth hurts.

4. Hate is the only way the left can get their message/image of salvation into the ‘Real World’.

5. Votes at the DNC (Do Not Count) and the DNC (Does Not like Change).

Dunno how they can prosecute for a person voting..

In an open primary.. or even if someone signs up as a democrat ‘for the day’ it’s a risk the DNC takes for being in a free society..
If the DNC can only change the freedom to vote..

I don’t think it’s illegal, some might say it’s shrewd or tactical…

What if.. some young DA went through and tried to prosecute someone regarding the ‘loyalty oath’..

couldn’t the person have ‘changed’ their mind between times?

and what if you, as a voter, decide that if your party ends up on the losing end that you would rather have one or the other dems in the Whitehouse? Can they prosecute you for voting for the lesser of two evils?

Funny, they are offended that people are voting for Hillary…reminds me of the Hollywood crowd that is so pro-gay, fights for their rights, but if you call one of them gay…they take you to court and sue you for defamation. I guess it isn’t okay to be gay afterall.
So what is it, are they proud of Hillary or not? I guess it’s not okay to have Hillary as the candidate.

There is a move afoot in Cleveland, Ohio to prosecute Republicans who voted in the Democrat’s primary in Ohio. The Cuyahoga County Board of Electons split 2 to 2 on whether to investigate/prosecute. The tie breaking vote is with Democrat Secretary of State Brunner.

Oh, and here in RI, I went from unaffiliated to Democrat (simply by asking for a Democrat ballot), and then immediately disaffiliated again after turning the ballot in. Except that the disaffiliation doesn’t go into effect for 90 days. So, I’m a Democrat until June.
