I guess some of you critcal conservatives are too dense to recognize parody when you see it. Besides McCains comment is tied to his later statement that the major parties in the conflict understanding that Iraq is the central and critical area in the struggle between radical Islam and the west. Sorry that I have to explain that to you.

I couldn’t agree more. Let me know if you figure out a way to prosecute a war without offending the sensibilities of the people we’re protecting so we can do that.

My Favorite 40 Bloggers For 2008 (Version 1.0)

It’s time for me to rank my favorite blogs for the 1st quarter of 2007.

Do keep in mind that as the quarter has progressed, some blogs have, of course, moved up and others have dropped, based on how often I visit them, how much I like what I see when I get there, how often the blogs are updated, etc., etc. Also, as per usual, do keep in mind that this sort of list changes frequently over time based on a variety of factors. So if a blog didn’t get included, it’s no big deal — it could be on the list next time. Let me also add that there are some very good blogs that I read almost daily, that didn’t make the list.

OK, let’s be clear.

I was being satirical.

McCain was serious.

In fact, few days ago, I said that I do agree with Bin Laden that Iraq is a strategic location to launch attack against the West and the countries of the region.

I was serious when I said that Al-Qaeda will take over once America withdraw from Iraq.

It was not satirical from my part, nor from Bin Laden.

I do agree with McCain about Iraq’s position-location-role concerning the war on Islamic terrorism represented by Al-Qaeda.

I was just being satirical in today’s message, just to be funny.

On the other hand, to have your enemy follow you around the muslim world is also a bit of a bad strategy, at some point you want to have them running from you not following you.

Again, McCain should shift gears and start working on introducing a law that would impose the neutering of female teachers especially those who range from from age 18 to 50.

I’m a Linux Zealot on a holy jihad to purge non-FOSS from the planet. When I gave my 80 year old mother a computer to surf the web, it was a Linux Gentoo box.

And much like his statement that American troops could be in Iraq for more than 100 years, this sound bite seems ripe for Democratic criticism.

Uhm…not! They won’t touch this with a 10ft pole because they are invested in defeat and admitting Iraq IS key would undermine their already miniscule credibility.
