Why would you think that? The MSM and even Fox News, are afraid to look at Obama sideways for fear of being called racists. McCain has already said he and his camp will not run a mud-slinging campain (even if the accusations are true.) What makes you think anything will change after Obama is nominated? If he is nominated, he may simply skate right into the WH, put there by people who are afraid to challenge him on the issues.

McCain is VERY appealing to Dhimmicrats.

If he was appealing to the Republicans as well, he’d be a lock. As it is… not as easy to say. You’re assuming all the people who have issues with McCain will “get in line”, but assuming the Democrats with issues with Obama won’t do the same…

This election is shaping up to be a win for whoever’s base is less de-motivated. Both sides seem likely to be somewhat/moderately disappointed with their candidate.

Not having a VP/incumbent running should up turnout, but I’d bet the last 2 Pres. election year turnouts beat this one.

What we really need is a tape (video or audio) of Obambi repeating some of those wild-eyed crackpot ideas and racist propaganda himself. Maybe some renegade member of that church could be induced to part with one. . .

Of course, we can presume that the Missus Slick campaign is working hard to find that kind of smoking gun.

Unfortunately, unless Missus Slick can win most of the remaining primaries convincingly, which is very unlikely, Obambi the Prophet will have the Democrat nomination.

And if the economy sputters until November, and/or John McCain experiences a few more ’senior moments’, Obambi will win the Presidency.

point up nicely the central question:

To what extent does Obambi the Prophet share the not-so-Reverend Jeremiad Wright’s crackpot conspiracist theories, whacko history, Marxist social views, and racial bigotry?

By simply attending the church for over 20 years, contributing tens of thousands of dollars to it, and by not explicitly disavowing, point by point, all of the extreme, radical, perverted, anti-American propaganda spouted by Wright over the years, we must conclude that Obambi not only shares these views but endorses them.

In this case, we must further conclude that electing him President would cause incalculable damage to the United States of America.

The job now is not just to point this out to the conservative choir on sites like this, but to make sure that the 100 million people who are going to vote in the presidential election understand the danger fully.

Wright claims that evil & greedy white America keeps the Third World living in “grinding poverty.” Obama is currently sponsoring a bill in the Senate to give .7% of U.S. GNP to the United Nations (on top of our already substantial foreign aid) to combat “global poverty.”

Wright claims that evil & greedy white America denies equal schooling and job opportunity to blacks. Obama supports more Affirmative Action and Racial Preference programs, to “redress wrongs” done to blacks in the past. (In 1996, Obama made a radio commercial in Michigan urging voters there to reject a ballot initiative making it illegal for the state government to give an advantage to certain minority applicants in the awarding of state contracts or the granting of admission to state schools. Despite Obama’s efforts, the ballot initiative passed, overwhelmingly).

These are just a couple of examples. There are probably many more.

Just a “typical white person” wanting to know.

I hope this controversy continues even after it’s become clear that Obama has lost the nomination. He has inadvertently revealed a cancer which has metastasized within the USA with too little recognition or focus over the years. If we are to truly emerge into a post-racial America the hatred being preached in some of these mainstream black churches and similar organizations, such as the Nation of Islam, has got to stop or be marginalized the same way the KKK and neo-Nazi organizations has been within the white community.

It may be wishful thinking on my part but now that more American’s have become aware of this problem perhaps these preachers of hate will finally be ostracized, and this in turn should lead to significant new strides in race relations and improvements within the black community itself. Unfortunately it will probably take further decades to undo the damage that has been caused by the likes of Obama’s church and similar hate-groups, but it must be done. At least the process of healing within the affected parts of the black community may finally begin. Hopefully we will hear more about these hate groups in the coming weeks and months even after Obama is no longer a factor in the election.

So incredibly well said. The accurate diagnosis of the extent that hatred and separatism still exists in our country, as revealed by Obama’s candidacy, contains the kernel of a true legacy of hope and healing for our country.

I’m glad I caught that before I went to work tomorrow wondering, “Why is the traffic so light”.
