First of all, Richardson doesn’t ‘come from here’; He is a carpetbagger from ‘OLD’ Mexico, Via Massachucetts, who came here specifically and ONLY to run for political office.

And while government is a significant economic engine, that and tourism are hardly our only source of income. We are very rich in natural resources.

Third world? I don’t know if it is still true, but ten years or so ago NM had the highest number of PhDs per capita of any state. We are the source of a lot of technological innovation; Many of the world’s greatest scientists and engineers work here.

Unless perhaps by third-world, you mean that we are governed like a third world country. Yeah, King Bill, as we call him, has been governing like he was a third world dictator, until recently when the legislature FINALLY realized he was an idiot empty suit and started opposing his stupid ideas.

Finally, If you think New Mexico is a desert, you must have either never been here at all or just driven through on the interstates. Other than jungle and coastline, we have every kind of climate and terrain imaginable.

Anyone who does not put their countrymen first desrves the scorn of those they purport to represent. Fraud needs to be called out, wherever it manifests itself.

Richardson has presided over one of the worst states in the union, and he is an abject failure when it comes to governance.

Similarly, Ed is an abject failure at pointing out the failures of the reconquistas such as Richardson. Ed left the Great State of California because of demographic shifts, the kind recorded history has never seen. Rather than stay and fight for his home, he left like a coward. At least Hewitt has enough balls and gated communities to maintain a presence here.

A spade is a spade, and a wuss is a wuss. Ed is the same guy who opined that Ferraro should shut up, even though she spoke the truth.

Falsifications and the attendant opinions of party hacks do not have this counrty’s best interests at heart when they lump “prestige” and “Richardson” in the same sentence.
