Looks like a pretty good party…If you were an actor whose movies had grossed something north of two billion dollars how would your birthday be celebrated? Enough of the cruise bashing. He is an actor who seems to have a very decent personal life compared to most of the hollywood scum who bounce from addiction to rehab to new addiction…John Travolta is a scientologist as well but he seems to escape scrutiny and rabid criticism.

I don’t like Cruise anymore, think he’s nuts, etc.

That being said, this was a birthday celebration, and I didn’t see what the big deal was. I’ve seen enough wacky behavior at weddings, bar mitzvahs, etc., that this is nothing.

Wow, I have heard of such a phenominon but never have I seen such sheer ego stroking done live. Now the excuse could be made, that this was a “Surprise Party” but still… Creepy.
I think the oddness comes from his over the top “acting”
its like hes either REALLY self UN-aware, or like he knows hes on camera and mugging more than those David Blaine parodies.
Dunno but defiantly creepy.
