I believe that he did “grow a pair”. But like most liberal Democrats, his “pair” says that if you want to succeed in “liberal politics” you never offend YOUR LIBERAL TV GODS. Of which, Olberman is preeminent.
The “big picture” to Howard Wolfson is not only winning the White House, but winning more seats in congress and the senate, and if he and Hilay have to suffer some “targeted” criticism from Olberman, so be it.

As a recent Cap’s Quarters transfer patient I had no idea that the “test” of character here would require submitting to the torture of listening to nine minutes of a ranting lunatic. This is cruel and unusual punishment and I will be contacting the mental health authorities directly.

That said, yes I listened to the whole diatribe from the asylum of nurse Ratchet’s protégé and came away thinking a lobotomy would be a reasonable remedy for Mr. Obermann’s oral regurgitation. The only satisfaction derived from this “test” is the comprehension that the ignorance on the left is not limited to any reasonable thought or vacuity set forth by Mr. Obermann or his affiliates.

I was laughing at the Olberguy and then I started reading the comments, and you guys really have a fantastic sense of humor. Thanks.

I’m still trying to figure out what he’s trying to accomplish.

Is he a comedian?…If that’s the deal, he should come up with material written by someone above the level of an eighth-grader.

Is he a pundit?…If that’s the deal, I would think, he’d say something resembling the truth.

Or, is he just a half-wit, with a big mouth and small ideas?

I take a peek at this clown, during commercial breaks on The Factor, once in a while…But, after 10 or 15 seconds of self-induced torture, switch back to the commercial.

Olbermann is an openly liberal pundit. He has an tiny audience and what he says is a legitimate perspective mind-bogglingly insane. He goes over the top but his basic point is shared by a lot of people. Clearly, if you’re a Democratic operative then you respond to a criticism from him very diplomatically.

I mean, I don’t care for this guy. I don’t even know who he is. But the line of his response was 100% expected. I’m sure McCain would have responded in a similar way to critical comments by Rush. “You’re a great guy, but we disagree here. We’ll still be friends.”
