The site referred to on this thread, CMIP, has an article titled “State Sponsored Child Abuse in Iran: Iran’s violations of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.” In it, it says that “Iran is committing serious violations of the Convention on the Rights of the Child while cynically remaining a signatory.”
Iran should know better. If they want to violate the Convention on the Rights of the Child, they should have done what the US did, and not ratified it. The US and Somalia are the only nations in the world that have not ratified the convention. That way nobody can tell the US they are violating it!

So, the mullah-infested Iranian public school system is slightly to the left of ours: slightly more anti-American than ours, slightly more anti( US ) military, slightly more anti-Israel, etc

And yet it sounds as if the Iranian youth is actually turning out less anti-American than our own kids here!

I agree absolutely that Islam itself is the most central problem, but there’s a reason the mullahs have to push it so hard. A whole lot of people in this young country want little or nothing to do with it.

Let them (the mullahs) do to their country what the mullahs in Iraq have been doing there: unintentionally turning their own people against Islam.

Here’s a picture I’m wondering about,had Germany been able
to get on the bandwagon earlier,say 10 or 15 years,that would of been 1925 or so,started the population build-up
rearmed to the teeth,strung the world along in the process,
maybe WW2 would of turned out differenetly.

So,are the Irainians taking a page from history,brainwashing

Didn’t you get the memo(s)? Democracy is the desire of every human heart. Most Iranians are pro-US. American Muslims assimilate and become good citizens unlike European Muslims who don’t assimilate because Europeans are, well… Europeans.

This reminds me of when I was in grad school with a Russian who was complaining that when he went to his daughter’s school “…they had them singing songs! – In school?” Hey, at least our public schools only teach the kids how to be a liberal democrat.
