Unlike some, I don’t think Iran is champing at the bit to nuke anyone. I think they just want the nukes to enhance their gravitas. Would anyone take Pakistan seriously without the nukes? The danger is that, once they have them, some real or imagined provocation might incite them to use it.

And what happened to the story of Russia now being on board with getting “tough” on Iran; or have we just defined down what “getting tough” means?

Wish the Russians were as smart but they dont fear a nuke because they wont debate a conterstrike. Iran wont have a capital (or other cities) if a Nuke hits a Russian city and it has tehran’s fingerprints on it.
