The stupidity of McCain is continuing to be the stupidity of people who advocate on the right. You make the left's talking points by making such a freaking BIG ISSUE OF THIS. It starts with McCain and then every talk radio news lead in was what McCain disavowed. You people constantly get your head handed to you on a platter by the media, and you walk right into it and then you all can't wait to jump all over yourselves for how "classy" you are that you wouldn't be so juvenile. This is how you end up with McCain leading you and you're all gonna lap up every sick piece of legislation his adminstration deals out and you're gonna be "classy" twisting into preztels trying to defend your man against legislation you gut-level hate. Keep giving the left them talking points. You think McCain disavowing this makes any difference. The media will still say, "It's the followers, the Rushs, the Hannitys, the Coulters that count.. " Here comes Geraldo saying, "See? There stirring up new blood for the KKK!" And you'll go, "how'd that happen?" DOH!!!

On this very sad occasion, I must say I miss the days of old where a male on the right would sit across from his opponent and say, 'If you call me a Nazi one more time I'll punch you in the nose!' With Right-Wing pu$$y men like McCain, that ain't gonna happen no more.

Hogwash! That old fighter pilot has more guts in his big toe than most of these slobbering whiners have in their whole damn existence.

rplat

Yes, he has the guts to want open immigration. The guts to violate his oath of office and the First Amendment. The guts to decide that we need a 50 cent/gallon gas tax and other energy/carbon taxes. The guts to decide that the terrorists at Gitmo should be brought to Leavenworth (and given the protections being on U.S. soil would bring). the guts to decide that these terrorists (and not just their lawyers) should have full access to the evidence against them (damaging intel gathering in the process).

Need I go on?

Sorry but "guts" doesn't make for great credentials. In McCain's case his "guts" are a big part of the problem. Mostly because he only uses them when attacking Conservatives from a Liberal position.

That endless “my good friend” crap is agonizing, even from that POS. Howard Dean and the NYT are busily trying to get an indictment or massive fine on McCain, and he’s pathetically kissing their tuchises. Same old McCain.

Old, nutty, disloyal and cancer-ridden. What a candidate!

When McCain starts the 'my good friend' schtick, watch your back. He would kiss-up to the other side because it is his side

McCain is a gutless hack RINO. He is without a doubt the most piss-poor candidate the Republicans have put up since they ran Hoover in 1932.
Hogwash! That old fighter pilot has more guts in his big toe than most of these slobbering whiners have in their whole damn existence.

I call it arrogance, not guts. McCain had no trouble walking all over the American worker's face to grab for the amnesty bill. He had no trouble saying American's would not pick lettuce not even for $50 an hour. Courage or contempt?

Did he inherit his 'guts' from his mother who said conservatives would have to hold their noses and vote for their son. McCain did not distance himself from his mother's statement. My guess he enjoyed it.

Are there really still Huckabee supporters holding out?

Best of luck to you folks. There are better elected offices Huckabee could seek that he actually has a chance of winning.

It really doesn’t matter which of these three gets elected. We’re all doomed.

Oh, grow some damn huevos!
What's with all the Jonah Goldberg-type whining? His middle name is Hussein, isn't it? Didn't we call Clinton "Willard"?

Cunningham is right, besides, he's an entertainer. Cunningham was mostly talking about the Rezko thing, in any case. What's wrong with that? We should be beating that creepy cultish jackass like a drum.

Don't be ridiculous. There's no need to play junior high games with Obama's name.

Why not stick to the known facts of his off-the-charts liberalism, his complete lack of meaningful experience, his idiotic pronouncements on foreign policy and economics, and the vomit-inducing thought of this twit as C-in-C?

You want to go beyond? Fine, talk about his racist "Church of Liberal Blackness", and his associations with domestic terrorists/rich people's kids, and the fact that his longtime fundraiser and advisor Tony Rezko is in jail.

As Ed and Allah have both pointed out rightly: it's just lazy and stupid to go to the Hussein thing. Grow up.

Bill Cunningham has been on the radio for 24 years. He was not putting on an act just for today. That's who he is and if McCain nor his people researched Bill C. then shame on them.

Bill describes himself as "bombastic." He lives up to that description so no one should be surprised.

If McCain has determined that referring to someone by their full name is a bad thing and is very particular about his "warm up band," then perhaps he should think about scripting the "warm up band" or simply quit having an intro act. Bill C. was told to "fire up" the audience, so he did. Bill C. is from Ohio and he is VERY well known there.

I feel sorry for Bill C. being embarrassed by McCain. I mean, McCain is the guy that sings "bomb bomb bomb, bomb Iran" and is wishing happy trails to Fidel Castro on his road to hell to meet Karl Marx. But that's ok? Lord knows what the man would do if he got truly pi$$ed.

Bill C. was told to “fire up” the audience, so he did. Bill C. is from Ohio and he is VERY well known there.

I feel sorry for Bill C. being embarrassed by McCain. I mean, McCain is the guy that sings “bomb bomb bomb, bomb Iran” and is wishing happy trails to Fidel Castro on his road to hell to meet Karl Marx. But that’s ok? Lord knows what the man would do if he got truly pi$$ed.

BTW, I will probably vote for Obama, just to punish the American people--with exactly what they want: empty vapidity and frilly words. It's probably just about time for another political re-education anyway.

The first conservative to speak for McCain gets hosed. This is par for the course, McCain sides with libs all the time and leaves the Conservatives for toast. Hopefully the other Conservatives will learn from this and not touch him.

It doesn't bother me in the least that people remind America that Barry's middle name is Hussein. Past performance is no guarantee of future results (as any prospectus will tell you--over and over). But it is well known that it is the best indicator among them all (though all are admittedly bad).

The question here (as I see it) is what is Barack's identity? His name offers a clue--a significant one, though not the only one. As what does he identify himself? In this campaign, as an American, no doubt. How did he self-identify when he was in his Indonesian madrassah? Once he is essentially above accountability and occupying the most powerful office in the world, how will whatever hidden allegiances he harbors affect his decisions?

Wil he be president of the United States of America or the United States of Obama?

I think I'm voting for Hillary now too. Why not! McCain is like a pile of dog vomit. Obama thinks he's the next messiah. Hillary is just a Marxist crook we endured for 8 years. I could take 4 more,, I guess.
So, there's the choice,, dog vomit, the false god or the Marxist crook. Looks like a good election year.

If McCain hadn't apologized, it wouldn't have been news. He should have ignored it and if a problem came of the speech cunningham gave, McCain should have said he was unaware of what Cunningham was going to say and then apologized and stated that he would not involve Cunningham in future events.

I wish McCain felt as bad about his association with a certain JUAN HERNANDEZ as this.

WHAT IS IT WITH JOHN MCCAIN AND FREE SPEECH ??

Mccain knew the rhetoric that would come with inviting Cunningham. He set a table to portray himself above the name-calling. This is like a middle school inviting Whoopee to do a show and then acting shocked when she uses obscene language.
