I’ve been here about 8 years. You are exactly right about the brain dead DFL’rs. (Like the 8 cent gas tax they are trying to float) But I still think AL FRANKEN is just way too beat-up-able. I’m from MN and I’ll bet $50 that Al Franken wins the election. You must be new to MN, because these DFL’ers are nuts. If you’re ever in the cities and keep your eye out, you can still see Wellstone bumper stickers and Kerrey/Edwards are everywhere. I’ve now retired and moved up north to my lakehome, but its worse up here with the non-thinkers.

It’s a wishful thinking. I don’t see it in reality, not any time in the near future.

The 90′s were different. We don’t even have a Gingrich anymore. The guy is almost unheard of nowadays.

Hindsight is 20-20. No national pundit had Obama on the radar screen. Remember, Hillary was inevitable. Barak was seen as a politician who was getting national exposure with 2012 or 2016 as his goal. Obamania is a surprise to everyone.

Now that it has occurred, talk radio will expose him every which way. If he is elected, talk radio will be needed to rally the base to oppose his Marxist policies a la the amensty bill last year.
