Aside from this person having questionable intelligence and writing skills, she, or (less likely) he, has a complex that allows her/him to not only KNOW what the Asian community thinks (NOT) but to declare (as ‘truth’) the leftist bigotry that anyone who is a conservative is not ‘one of them’.
No amount of logic could make a dent in this ideology but I can imagine what MM would say to this person if she cared to: I am an American first, so I don’t care what your so-called Asian community might think. And, if your comment is any indication of the bigotry in that community, I want nothing to do with it.

As always, Michelle is a joy to watch and listen to. Beauty and brains together in the same person(!); we are blessed to have her champion our conservative values.

Asian, European, African, Mid Eastern, Eskimo all identify a population of a geographic area of the world. MM is an American who does not need the hyphen when she focuses on the message of Truth.

Hyphenated persons or monikers are confused and only want the best of both worlds. The ability to claim they are from America or a better family and free to do much more than they could do in the country/ethnicity preceding the hyphen.

Those of Asian-American, African-American or Mr./Ms. Smith-Jones, etc. place the minority first with the intent of gaining sympathy or an upper hand in their relationships with anyone or thing. When they are on the short end they will use their minority rationalize or justify why they are not making progress in life or relationship.

To gain an upper hand seeking protection from prosecution or percussion they immediately claim they are American or a Jones and demand to be afforded the rights afforded the freest nation or richer person in their make believe relationship and are not responsible because the first noun in the hyphenated moniker provides them protection from their action or inaction.

The bottom line. Hyphenated persons use punctuation to avoid the fact they are responsible for their personal actions which have nothing with to do with their nationality or relationship with another person.

It is! By definition, anybody who supports Israel’s right to exist is a JEW! By the way, vote for change!

There is no Asian community! Since when did Chinese, Koreans, Indians, Japanese, Filipinos, Thai and others from that continent form a united anything, let alone a PAC? Each of these groups are integrated to varying degrees, depending on whether they are 1st generation, 2nd generation or 3rd generation immigrants.

This is about the most ridiculous ethnic label ever applied, as though it’s impossible to distinguish a Chinese from a Korean from a Filipino from a…. And how is it that this label is not usually used to describe people from India? (Of course, bad as it is here, in UK, ‘Asian’ is just pc-speak for Mohammedan).

GO MICHELLE.

And they are proud to be Americans, and thankful for the opportunity to be so.

I wonder if the bonehead that slammed Michelle’s “asian-ness” considers Obama Black. He’s half-black. To say he is black is to call a Rum and Coke just a glass of Coke.

These people were the salt of the earth- strong family people who supported each-other. They were the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Many of them became business owners after only being in country for a few years.

They certainly weren’t liberals. Has something changed that I’m not aware of?

Where does this “Asian Community” hold their regular meetings to decide who represents them? I’d like to attend. And to Michelle, stop claiming that you are the spokesperson for this “Asian Community”. :)
