Quote of the day

“[A]t least Huckabee isn’t trying to claim that his race is actually neck-and-neck, or that he wasn’t really trying to win states where he campaigned and lost, or that one failed prediction after another just proves what he’s been saying all along. Spin works best when it’s intermittent and plausible; the Clinton camp’s has been constant and ludicrous. Is it really wise to dismiss the vast majority of the United States as insignificant? Does anyone believe that the misguided attack on Obama’s kindergarten ambitions was ‘a joke’? Explain to us again why Michigan’s delegates should be seated even though Democrats agreed not to campaign there and Obama wasn’t even on the ballot? Why are we supposed to ignore Wisconsin when it’s got exactly the demographics that Penn has assured us are part of Hillary’s ‘enduring coalition,’ back when Hillary had a massive lead in the state and just about every other state?”

Voted for Hillary in Dallas today. Keep hope alive!
Have taken two showers since.

Lord, I hope she wins by some backdoor/backstabbing route. I’d love to see the meltdown in that party.
I don’t mind losing the White House for one term next term, but this time we need to win for the Judges on the Supreme Court. If we lose, we set back Conservatism and Federalism by 30+ years minimum.

Ewww. I’m glad I had to vote for J-Mac here in AZ. That will give you nightmares.
jgapinoy on February 20, 2008 at 11:22 PM
And we’re in a war. We have to rally behind J-Mac!

Seems silly for the democrats to have a primary in Texas. It’s not like Texas is in play for the general. It’s like Republicans having a primary in New York. I propose we only have primaries in “swing states” like Missouri, Ohio, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Virgina (as of late).
A 6-state free-for-all with a 2-week window to campaign and all voters must be able to name the president, vice-president, speaker of the house, chief supreme court justice, the first 30 words of the Constitution, and the capital of their state.

Yes it was disturbing to be a Democrat for a day. I didn’t realize that after I cast my Hillary vote there were about 14 other races on the ballot. Then I remembered I was a Democrat and I just aimlessly picked which name sounded the best.
Vigilante on February 20, 2008 at 11:35 PM
Hillary is trying all manner of ways to hot-wire her broom back into action.
Not likely that any will work.

I’m curious to see if Obama wins the popular vote whether or not the party gives the nomination to Hillary anyway. I wonder what the “Bush was appointed not elected” people will say to justify it.
Actually the Democrat race is the more interesting race right now. If Hillary does ever bow out it will be interesting to hear that speech. It’s probably the only time I would voluntarily listen to her. I wonder if there is a bed reserved with her name on it in the same place where Brittney Spears has been a lot lately. I think if Hillary loses out she will flip out.

Hillary = Hindenburg
Time and lots of LIBERAL DEMOCRATS are now saying what we have for years. Real sign that it’s over. Say good night Hillary. Good night Hillary.

Look, even if she looses she will stay on the presidential ballot. Count on it. She will fight for this fang and claw.
Oh yeah and recounts till the result is what she wants.

Obama is just a dark-tinted glass ceiling.
Keep knocking it, HRC!
profitsbeard on February 21, 2008 at 12:20 AM
Vigilante, you have my respect for pulling the lever for HClinton-we need her to knock out Obama, or McCain becomes McCain’t. In my primary, Romney was still in the running, so I could vote for my pick.
It was good of you to vote HClinton, but I think she’s just about done. “Too much Linguine.” (Dirty Harry reference)

It’s in the works, she will win by closed meetings and convenient suicides in the parks.

Judging from the photo, if Hillary sneezes, her face will crack into a million pieces…

Can we cite the above as a proof of Leftwing Media bias?
I mean, why not? It would fly if this were a contest between a democratic and a Republican.

Texas “is” in play. Its purpling as we speak. I’m worried that Tx goes blue on 11/4/08. And that Cornyn loses his Senate seat to Rick Noriega. Heres why: http://streetlevel.townhall.com/g/40db1d93-d21a-468d-be6a-4a6abca758d2
Hope I’m wrong about this….

“Keep them fighting as long as possible..”
Don’t worry, HillyBilly will never give up, even after their party lies in shambles.
It will provide the evidence necessary to prove what we have said all along: the Clintoons aren’t even Demos, they’re Machiavellian narcissists with massive power-lust.
