John McCain and his wife have been proud to be American’s every day of their adult lives.

Even when McCain dumped his first wife for his new trophy wife? You know, the one that stuck with him while he was a POW, but then got into a car accident and he left for a young heiress hottie.

So, did you mean the first wife, who stuck with him through thick and thin (even while he was self-admittedly cheating on her); or the new model he traded in for during his “mid-life crisis”?

Really dude, take this as a lesson. Don’t mention McCain’s marriage, his wife, or anything related to that. And if Hillary wins, do NOT bring up Bill’s philandering. McCain doesn’t size up well in the “couple/married/fidelity/morality” area here; and Bill’s problems are well known. McCain’s haven’t really been in that spotlight yet.

Because, in “middle America” they disapprove of cheating on a wife who stuck with you through your hardships, and then leaving her after she gets injured, trading in your 40 year-old wife for a 25 year-old party-girl heiress.

That just doesn’t show him in a good light; which I think was your goal.

And guys, yes; his wife is “hot”. She’s also over a decade younger than his first wife. “Trading in for a newer model” often results in an attractive wife. Which doesn’t mean it’ll play well in the election…

Compare the size and the energy of McCain’s crowd to that of Obama or even Hillary.

Democrats always have bigger crowds because many of their supporters don’t have full time jobs. Those that don’t, the rich and powerful NOW/NAACP types know that their agenda will be passed, and are simply glad that college kids and drunken hippies, while unreliable voters, do pump up crowd numbers.

1. Start speaking with some passion, and get some sleep!

2. Sorry, but get rid of most of the “Old white Republicans” standing behind you on the podium.

3. Get some young people and any minority supporter’s behind you up on that podium.

4. This is because every time McCain makes a speech, it looks like an AARP convention.

I agree with the not staying home part. There are local, state, and Congressional candidates that should be supported.

As to the “sucking it up” and voting for McCain. That’s really up to McCain. He and his cronies have made it clear that they not only want to exclude social conservatives and evangelicals from the GOP- they want to punish this part of the party and don’t really care about the consequences. GHWB’s endorsement the other day was really nothing more than screw you conservatives get in line and vote for John. McCain has performed very badly in traditionally GOP strongholds like the South and he is toast if he continues this “payback” stance vis-a-vis social conservatives. Large black turnout in these same states would all but assure an Obama victory.

So…… Suck it up McCain, stop your vendetta against everybody who didn’t elect you in 2000. Grow up and start acting like an adult you petulant sniviling crybaby.

That’s how much of a ‘firewall’ she’ll need after last night.

Well, we do seem to have a greater interest in governing that nation than we do in governing our own. Maybe we should all go. It’s our only chance to run anything, because we’re not going to be running anything here, except for our mouths.
