Video: Mary Katharine Ham outed as a Hillary supporter on national television

No need to be ashamed. If one theory on the left is to be believed, Maverick himself is skewing his talking points to help the Glacier beat Obama for the nomination. Set ‘em up and knock ‘em down. Her only mistake is being a little brighter than the average bear elephant.
I think Bill’s being cute when he says he’s stunned to learn she’s a conservative. After all, he knows she works for Townhall. But then, this is a man who’s interviewed Alf.

Wake up Bill!
TheSitRep on February 14, 2008 at 6:35 PM
In NC we vote in May. Why not disrupt the other side in the primaries? It is already decided in part by independents for us. Fair is fair.
Les in NC on February 14, 2008 at 6:35 PM
Ham, looked really good in this one!
Mmmmm..
Chakra Hammer on February 14, 2008 at 6:38 PM

My husband’s favorite O’Reilly show…
NTWR on February 14, 2008 at 6:46 PM
Mary Katharine’s smile melts my heart! I can’t believe O’Reilly didn’t know she was a conservative. Give me a break! I think he only said it to keep his “politically independent” facade going.
Ballistic on February 14, 2008 at 6:46 PM
you’re hurting pal.

There aren’t any I’ve seen where she doesn’t.
AUINSC on February 14, 2008 at 6:48 PM
O’Reilly didn’t know MKH was conservative?!?
Does he do any background research on his guests?
Criminy in a few years he’s going to make Larry King look like Jack Anderson.
billy on February 14, 2008 at 6:50 PM
Bill is a funny guy, “pedalling this internet-stuff”, classic.
xyan on February 14, 2008 at 6:53 PM
Oh, and relax guys, it’s pretty obvious he’s just kidding with the whole conservative-stuff.
xyan on February 14, 2008 at 6:55 PM
Mary Katharine looks great in pale blue too. And she is smart as a whip.
Who was that withered dinosaur she was talking to anyway? He didnt know she was Right in her convictions? Or he felt it cute to PRETEND he didnt know???
This from a man who supported Geraldo in his disgraceful treatment of Michelle ?????
I just loved it when MKH said the word “SMUT” !!!

I need to have a talk with that girl, wearing UNC blue instead of Duke blue. I thought I raised her better than that.

Being an old fart myself, I can empathize with O’R for being a little dense, but how the hell does he manage to become denser every week?

She is dead to me now.

When O’Reilly interviews attractive women he often becomes oppositional with them or asks them obviously stupid questions. I think it is a primitive form of flirting. Good thing he stays off the net because he’d be a troll.
snaggletoothie on February 14, 2008 at 8:15 PM
I think I heard someone in the background laugh toward the end.

MKH voting Liberal,paa-lease give
your head a shake,or if need be
a smack!
canopfor on February 14, 2008 at 8:31 PM
Agreed. And I can’t stand me some BOR. A pedestrian example of a proud ignoramus.
Splashman on February 14, 2008 at 8:48 PM
It really is amazing how quickly MKH can make Bill O’Reily look like the blithering idiot he is. It takes her mere nanoseconds instead of the usual two or three minutes required of most guests.
highhopes on February 14, 2008 at 8:52 PM
O’Reilly is a chump.

The reason conservative ladies are so radiant is because they have inner beauty. We conservative guys are so fortunate…
Have you seen some of those on the other side? Yuck. Even the pretty ones – yuck. DD

I see we’re back to our usual standards (hopefully AP didn’t have to do any comment editing), and it didn’t even take a reminder.
I vote for clueless on the part of O’Reilly.
steveegg on February 14, 2008 at 11:14 PM
One more thing; thanks for catching today’s Neil Cavuto, AP.
steveegg on February 14, 2008 at 11:21 PM
I don’t agree that there is a quantitative difference between Hillary and Obama even on the WOT, the rhetoric notwithstanding. I like the idea of GOP voters from now on disrupting the Dem primaries wherever they can (that’ll teach the
LiberalsIndependents in future to screw with GOP primaries in IA, NH, MI, SC, et al). However, the fact that Clinton is extremely vindictive and that both Clintons have a tendency to abuse power makes it very bad for the country if they were to be elected. However, even then, McCain doesn’t deserve a victory by default merely on the basis of anti-Clinton votes, and therefore a free license to drive the country even more to the Left. Which is why GOP primary voters should support Obama wherever they can, and rid us of the Clinton dynasty for good. Then come November, they can decide whether they want to support the lesser(?) of the 2 evils – McCain, or simply sit it out. But for God’s sakes, put the political stake through the Clintons while it’s doable!infidelpride on February 15, 2008 at 1:53 AM
BOR surprises more than just himself daily. MKH is demonstrating smart politics, pick the opponent you know you can beat in the real election.
MSGTAS on February 15, 2008 at 8:33 AM
Heh @ Bill’s incredulity that a self-professed Conservative would be in favor of a free market, free speech haven like the Internet. Apparently if you’re roasting a liberal over a pile of burning books you’re not likely to be a conservative.
Mark Jaquith on February 15, 2008 at 8:47 AM
Note to Bill, people release nude photos of themselves for publicity. I mean a model that poses semi nude and nude cares that people will see her in the nude?
I say we call for donations to buy him a clue.
