My Grandma had a Cockatiel in Hollister Ca and that thing would go crazy when a quake was coming, sometimes 30 minutes before.

Well, I’ll admit I did laugh at the first commercial. I thought maybe the guy was looking for a Clinton campaign office. The second one, with the dead dog on the table, not funny at all. That one was quite offensive. Just because someone buts a purebred does not mean they don’t care for and love them. Recently we purchased a Beagle. We did try to adopt one first but, the woman at the shelter was a dog nazi. We didn’t have the vaccination records for our previous dog. She said no dog for you! So we purchased and the rascal met an untimely death by car when he escaped. My son cried for days. Since then we have adopted another dog from a different shelter. We did go through two ther dogs before we found the right fit. You see, not all dogs in shelters can go back to families because of various reasons such as biting, unfriendliness to children, or perhaps they are just untrainable for some reason or another. PETA is a disgusting, immoral organization who has a bunch of zombies for followers. I had a former step-sister who was a peta member. We had a talk with her and explained some of the things PETA does. She quit. She had no idea what was really behind the facade.

I have been having a lot of trouble with the preview button. Anyone else?

If these ads had the Onion logo on them, I would have been laughing my behind off at the wonderful satire. But since they’re serious, I find them to be quite horrifying instead. Who is their target audience? I can’t think of anyone who’s not already a PETA freak who would find these things persuasive at all. They actually made me regret for a moment that I got my cat from a shelter instead of buying a purebred korat like I originally wanted to. (I love my kitty too much to regret it seriously, though.)

I love animals, dogs especially but all animals are cool with me except snakes and spiders.
Currently I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 birds and a squirrel.
PETA SUCKS.

A squirrel? Awesome! I have 2 cats (Chloe & Katara) and a Chinchilla (Lilly). I would recommend a Chinchilla as a pet to anyone. She is the sweetest thing evah! Oh, and PETA can kiss their furry little butts too.. :)

Not sure what you mean. I don’t know what’s going on with the GOP. I mean, I don’t see a way we can all rally behind McCain, too many flaws although there’s still some time for him to make some efforts and tough decisions about actually being the liason for the GOP and what we want. For me it’s immigration but there are so many issues. It’s exhausting even to think about.

I do love my squirrel. Hand raised so she can’t be let go but she is soo cool. She’s very interactive and loves to play. She really has a thing for paper towels. It’s like handing a nerd a rubics cube.
