Without getting into a great HA debate over creation v. evolution, I do think it is interesting that it is leftists (who are predominantly evolutionists and/or atheists) that are advancing the argument that there is one, “right” climate which is never meant to change. That argument is only consistent with a young Earth, not one that is billions of years old and has undergone multiple climate changes prior to industrialization. Yet the leftist bastards accuse creationists of being unscientific. Did I mention they’re bastards?

I for one applaud these scientists who want to stop producing progeny to pass their insane, statist, totalitarian beliefs onto.

There is a very easy way to identify the difference between junk science and real science.

Just ask the question: “OK, what would it take to disprove your theory?”

A real scientist will dispassionately outline an experiment or prospective observation, then list sets of criteria which would yield either a positive or a negative conclusion. (Note: this can be done with ANY genuinely scientific assertion; all the way from the widely accepted belief that the earth revolves around the sun to the most speculative and hypothetical cutting-edge theory.)

A junk scientist, on the other hand, will NEVER make ANY coherent attempt to answer that question. Instead, he will first throw an apoplectic fit; then he’ll accuse you of being a “Nazi” who wants to destroy the world; then he will finally threaten you with physical violence.

…Um, all for the good of the planet, of course. Because being a scientist means caring more about that than anyone else does.
