She obviously had questions and answers figured out before the segment. They wouldn’t want to waste time. What would you expect an “expert” to do – sit there and think about it for the first time on camera?

I assume you meant to say the opposite, but I think your statement must be very true. I think to myself – how can people not consider him arrogant? They must think that is what leadership looks like.

If he weren’t such a flip flopper his arrogance might have influenced my decision.

When McCain speaks, I sense pent up anger and rage.

When Huckabee speaks, I sense a pastor making a salvation call. “Get right with Jesus or die.” And I’m a Christian!

When RuPaul speaks, I sense a cranky old man that if it were not for his position in Congress would be yelling “get off my lawn” a lot.

When Clinton or Obama speak, I have the letters “CCCP” in my head.

So what’s the point of all of this?

You are absolutely correct. There is also the possibility that the body language “expert” will be voting for Obama or Clinton.

Frowning, I crossed to the curtained booth and, with a grand flourish founded in confidence, superiority, and great pride cast my vote for Mitt Romney.

Arrogance in the form of self-confidence (Romney)is good. Arrogance in the form of condecsending, sanctimony (McCain) is reprehensible.

I’m not looking for an overabundance of humble in my President, but I don’t expect to be talked-down to or disrespected by him (emphasis this election on him). Respectful arrogance is needed in dealing with other world leaders and our Congress.

Seriously. Whenever Cranky (our name for Bill) has a woman that’s at least reasonably attractive on the show, you wonder how many he has to tug out in his dressing room just to get through the segment without needing an assistant to walk around with a sponge mop cleaning up the drool. It’s sad. Dude’s got serious bank, and acts like he never gets laid.
