It seemed for awhile that Americans had put off the progression of events by responsibly curbing our population growth. But alas, that chance was nullified by unfettered immigration by a group of people who not only want to come here to “share” our wealth, but want to have many babies to insure there right to stay and to possibly make their share larger. To the ignorant, our wealth is limitless and therefore our population continues to grow even beyond the ability of the census to accuratly record it.

I only hope that before our weapons are confiscated we are allowed to deal with Islam the way we deal with all other disease. Like Polio we must fight it until it’s eradicated. Only that way will we avoid the second dark ages. These people have been brainwashed since childhood. Re-education is fruitless when dealing with a malevolence so deeply ingrained as to make men kill sisters and daughters for their so called “honor”. I fear we will need our guns for one last war. Not a war for Christianity but a war for our minds and souls.

The election of a Socialist government is the end of the Republic. The end of the experiment. The end of George Washington’s sacrifice. The end of Lincolns vision. The end of Martin Luther King’s dream.

Eid-a-palooza dinners at the White House and shameless pandering to those terrorist-enablers who are our big pals was only the tip of the iceberg.

The Big Tent will be expanded to cover Sharia law, and murderers both national and individual will be dealt with the same way the socialists’ pet constituencies are treated: with promises of money, special laws and freebies.

Well, I wouldn’t take that [Second Amendment protection] for granted. Canada and Australia had a similar one [constitutional provision] too, and don’t any more. In the meanwhile, I have my guns, and know how to use them well.

The Americans’ Constitution protects their ownership of arms, but the latent threat of those arms’ use protects the Constitution. It seems that if the Americans are to keep their arms and maintain their threat and its latency, they must diversify their arms. Doing so seems to require that they broaden their understanding of “arms,” for it isn’t clear that “arms” means “guns.” Responsible Americans will have greater and more reasonable confidence in their arms if, besides guns, they have defensive arms, that is, armor; nonlethal weapons; organization and training; and sponsorship and regulation by state and local governments.

The ill-regulated militia of the 1980s, operating on the fringe of American society, seem to have been a grave mistake. It seems good to give attention to that expression in the Americans’ Second Amendment, “well-regulated militia,” and cultivate the militia in the politically responsible forms of widespread military participation, similar short careers in local and state police forces, and well-run, private security firms. Well-regulated militia seem too important to be left to militiamen.
