The guy writes his own music, I’ve followed his video’s for some time now. He did a commercial for FatWallet, a local company here in N. Illinois. He is quite talented in a European way. That’s the most classic way to eat them in England, especially on “Pancake Tuesday”

Nobody in England ever calles it “Pancake Tuesday”. It's always "Pancake Day". I've lived in England since 1981, and this is the first time I've ever seen the phrase “Pancake Tuesday”.

Right, it’s more like a souffle than a pancake. And not rubbery like a crepe. It is really best with lemon and powdered sugar instead of syrup because it is so light.

I encourage everyone to make one this weekend! It is also quite impressive to make for guests if any of you happen to have overnight guests on Saturday or Sunday morning.

When I make a Dutch Baby (we usually call it a Bunny), it goes in the oven and gets all puffy. And your right, Grandma’s cast iron skillet gets the best results. I think these look like crepes.
