How is it that a man like Whoros, who survived one of the worst episodes of genocide in history, winds up using his wealth and influence trying to get his adopted country to commit suicide? Seriously, what happens to these people??

Saddam lied, people died!

1) There were WMDs in Iraq. Duelfer found “dozens” of WMD immediately after the invasion and low level production of chemical weapons which he speculated were for purposes of research or terrorism. The WMD count was up to 500 found as of about a year ago. The latest analysis of captured Iraqi government documents shows Saddam destroyed about a quarter of his WMD, sold a quarter to his Arab neighbors, had the Russians move a quarter of it out of Iraq immediately before the invasion, and held a quarter of it.

2) Iraq had ties to Al Qaeda. These were reported in the Western and Arab media before Sep 11. Saddam had informal contacts with Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda group from the time they were in Sudan. An Iraqi agent facilitated and attended a meeting of terrorists in Kuala Lumpur at which two of the Sep 11 skyjackers attended. You just can’t get around that.

It appears that the far Left is following Lenin’s dictum that a lie told often enough becomes the truth. Already, it is common wisdom that Iraq had no WMDs nor ties to Al Qaeda, two assertions easily proven false.

Great video. Especially glad to see it was made by the GOP. Perhaps they’ve grown a pair.

I don’t know why this frustrates me so badly… but THAT VIDEO IS OLD, PEOPLE! The GOP put that video together before an election… I believe 2004. They have NOT grown a pair, they are repeatedly castrated every day.

I’m not saying those Dem quotes aren’t important, but I am saying this is old and never got any play at the time, because the media has decided how “WMDs” will be remembered, and it’s disgusting that they’re taking Soros propaganda out even now at this late date, and calling it a “study”, and acting as if it came from some non-partisan group.

Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) is the prefect example of what is wrong with Congress and what is wrong with America. He is a charlatan, and the fact that this nut was allowed to run for the office of POTUS is terrifying….

Someday, when we have an actual press corps that actually investigates and reports on things… they probably won’t want to talk much about what went on around the turn of the millenium. Too embarrassing to be associated with that moral cesspool that used to be called “the mainstream media.”

Sorry, but I think that’s some unrealistic wishful thinking. The situation only gets worse every day (as is evidenced with this current nonsense), and there is no sign of any type of turnaround.

BUT that is all a different issue today. We’ve all known about those things all along, and the media never had any interest in busting the Dems for their big lie.

The issue here is the AP, and Yahoo.com pushing nonsense that was put together by a Soros group, when it’s nothing that hasn’t been said on liberal blogs for years.

I want the author of the article’s head and I want the head of someone at Yahoo! I don’t wield that power, but I’m really tired of the wire services, and especially how Yahoo! uses them, getting away with this crap.

This late in the war, I’m not even sure why anyone would bother trotting out the “Bush LIED, people DIED” line. If you haven’t bought it by now, you’re not likely to, and if you already buy it, you already buy it.

Try replacing the word “war” with “Bush administration” and you have 90% of the answer. They don’t have much time left in the Bush administration to push for impeachment, so they’re trying again.

Amazing how so much money still doesn’t buy you effectiveness, though.

They have the advantage of a compliant press, to be sure. No way that a conservative philanthropist funding such projects could get away with it.

Any guesses on which MSNBC “news anchor” will be pushing this story?
