Video: Omar bin Laden seeks asylum in the UK
posted at 5:03 pm on January 18, 2008 by Bryan
I posted about this guy yesterday. He’s 26 or 27, married to a woman twice his age who is known for a) marrying often and b) using lots of aliases. But what wasn’t in yesterday’s post is covered in this video — namely, where Omar bin Laden was right up to 9-11. If the UK lets this “peace activist” in, they’re even less serious about the state of the world than I thought. He says doesn’t disagree with his father’s goals, just perhaps the means to reach them. And even that is debatable.
From the AP story:
Omar lived with the al-Qaida leader in Sudan, then moved with him to Afghanistan in 1996.
There, Omar says he trained at an al-Qaida camp but in 2000 he decided there must be another way and he left his father, returning to his homeland of Saudi Arabia.
“I don’t want to be in that situation to just fight. I like to find another way and this other way may be like we do now, talking,” he said in English.

Am I the only one who thinks he looks like a refugee from the Matrix?

Omar wants to be the Ambassador of Peace for the Religion of Peace.
That makes him the advance hitman, doesn’t it?

How can you call yourself a “peace activist”
Kini on January 18, 2008 at 5:15 PM
UK needs an asylum.

he has to say he doesnt disagree with his father’s goals because if he states otherwise publicly, HIS FATHER WILL ORDER HIM DEAD.

Bryan, I think the front-page thumbnail is wrong. This is supposed to be about Bin Laden’s son marrying a grandma. You have a picture of Richard Reid sitting next to a long-haired Michael Jackson.

That or John Travolta from “Battlefield Earth.”

Why not let him in????
Then, just after granting his visa, THROW HIS ISLAMIST A$$ IN JAIL FOREVER.
But…that’s just me.

All he really wants is rum and ganja.

And for dudley Moore to think he’s a “10″.

First Europe (i.e. France, the UK) then the US. We already put footbaths in our airports, let them decide what they can do at work like deny to give a taxi ride to someone carrying alcohol or having a seeing eye dog, and refusing to ring up a package of bacon at a grocery store. I wish I could refuse to do my job without being shown the door. One inch at a time.

This chap and his ilk should be subjected to a kind of international “shunning” to economically immobilize them.
Perhaps, then, UBL’s whereabouts would be leaked toot sweet.

Hey, don’t bogart the blunt mon!

Put a bullet in him and ship him back to what ever hole he crawled out of. We are at war with these people. The time to talk is over. He is a terrorist. Let us use some techniques that would induce him to reveal where his father is. I’m not saying waterboarding, just what ever works to rid the planet of this vermin.

The alien from Predator bagged Morticia?
RushBaby on January 18, 2008 at 7:20 PM
No Waterboarding Zelsdorf? Would you be more inclined to elecrtomotivate his letesibles to extract his daddy’s location? Roasted prarie oysters…. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

“another way”? ! What, does he think he can talk us to death? Because that is what he and his kind are after.

Remember, it’s OK to lie to the kuffar.
If we really wanted to get back at bin Laden, we would capture all of his sons and grandsons, and castrate them. That would send a message to him that we know how to hurt him. An Arab without male progeny is a nothing.
This is what the KGB did to some Lebanese when they kidnapped a Russian diplomat in Beirut. They were never bothered again.
Of course we can’t be that ruthless. So we can’t hurt this enemy. And we can’t make an example of him.

Our immigration laws should only let people into Western nations whose cultures are compatible with ours. If we let him in we have to recognize polygamy? What does that do when pimps want to marry their ho’s? Sorry, but no matter what multiculturalists tell you, polygamy is not a part of Western culture, and, yes, the West does have a core culture.
BEYOND THAT! We should hold him ransom until his father comes to stand trial. If this sounds outrageously tough, then just recognize how soft we have become. His Daddy killed 3,000 of us and roams free. Ransom violates rights? You have no rights as a British citizen unless you are one. My suggestions are made in the spirit of comedy, but hopefully pushing the parameter makes folks think. Are these ideas more outrageous than policy that doesn’t differentiate due to terrorist affiliation?

Just tell us where Daddy is sonny, that is all the information that we want. After he’s resting in peace then we’ll have gone a long way to having some peace.
Actually, I’m thinking if ‘ol UBL sees this tape of his son and his new daughter-in-law the massive stroke will save us the expense of a few JADAMs and Tomahawks.
