Dude you are truly misguided. Wherever Fred has campaigned he’s done much better than Rudy. At least, even with the 4th place showing, you hear Fred’s name mentioned. He DID win the debate. I haven’t heard Rudy’s name mentioned at all in the last two weeks except a possible FL win. But even that’s sketchy. Good luck with your candidate! We’ll continue this conversation on the flipside.

Fred never had a realistic chance. The Fredheads were deluding themselves all along.

Rudy on the other hand had a very plausible road the the white house with a broad based appeal. It looks grim now, but it is still plausible. Assuming Rudy wins FL, FL is winner take all. If Rudy wins by just one vote he gets all of FL’s 57 delegates. With that win he would be catapulted back into contention, the pundits would give him attention and those who waffled, thought he was going to lose, and deserted him for McCain would come flocking back. Rudy would get a sorely need bump right before 2/5. Come Super Duper Tuesday, Rudy would easily win NY and NJ — both delegate rich winner take all states. He would do well in the other 2/5 states like CA, maybe even getting the majority of delegates due to CA’s awarding delegates by congressional districts.

If Rudy wins FL, he will be the delegate leader on 2/6. I don’t think that is a very controversial prediction by anyone crunching the numbers. No hope. No spin. Just Math.
