I would love to see every debate moderator and TV/radio interviewer ask each candidate what they think of the NY proposed license and the MD one. Possible interesting answers when you ask specific questions.

And also what each candidate thinks about the 4 states (and counting) with new laws cracking down on illegal aliens, with attrition by enforcement working really well in all 4.

Warning – don’t let your state be last – sort of like musical chairs, and you know what happens to the last state.

I was born in the state of Maryland, and four years ago I had to jump through 80 billion hoops or so to get my license renewed there (I had a Delaware one, but I was active duty and too lazy to drive to Dover on Christmas Eve). Sometimes I wish I was just illegal… life would be getting easier for my family!

Sure, but he’s upper middle class – works in the computer field. He’s not some college nitwit; he’s 41 years old. He gave over 15k to Doctors Without Borders, and more to other charities. He’s serious about what he believes. I think we on the right are too quick to dismiss people like him as idiots who don’t understand the real world. They do understand it. They just want to change it. We minimize that to our own detriment.

Send this to these elected asshat’s. Just cause you have a license doesn’t mean you’ll have insurance. Only lawful people obey laws and these scumsucking “undocumented immigrants” have already broken the damn rule of law so what makes you think they’ll follow the other laws. Maybe we should just shoot the asshats elected tormentor politicans!

My college friends were bleeding hard libtards who thought income redistribution was the right thing to do until they moved out of their mother’s basements and had to actually support themselves. It’s always easy to redistribute income when the income is not your own.

Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

Are you telling me that there are places in this country where non citizens can vote? More than just illegally stuffing the ballot box? Voting regulations where citizenship is NOT a requirement? Does that include residency?

Should non-citizens be allowed to vote? Officials in Takoma Park, Md., think so. The city, a liberal enclave near the nation’s capital, is one of a few local jurisdictions that encourage non-citizens to vote. Since Takoma Park does not ask for proof of legal residence, it is possible that illegal immigrants were casting ballots this week

There have been some isolated studies on non-citizens voting, including:

• In Utah, a state audit in 2005 showed that more than 58,000 people who appeared to be illegal immigrants had driver’s licenses and 383 used their license to register to vote. Of those, 14 voted in an election.

• A 1997 investigation into a disputed House seat in California found that 743 non-citizens cast votes. The total was not enough to overturn the election which was narrowly won by Rep. Loretta Sanchez, a Democrat.

Don’t kid yourself. It’s not just people who are gullible or ignorant. My brother is a Kos Kid (Trusted User, even!) who actively WANTS what the Dems actually DO, not just what they promise. He thinks income redistribution is just keen, for example – that it’s the correct and moral thing to do. And he’s by far not alone, unfortunately.
