Hamas TV: Bush is the antichrist

posted at 12:40 pm on January 14, 2008 by Allahpundit

More “satire”, this time in the form of a double bill from Bush’s trip last week to the region courtesy of MEMRI. First up: Hamas TV, substituting broken English for Arabic and references to the antichrist in place of the Koran in what I’m guessing is a message aimed directly at the visiting Americans nearby in Israel. Then comes the rally, where the “Allah Akbar” chants re-emerge full force. The cheering for the Afghan resistance, our enemies in the “good war,” puts the lie to the inevitable spin that Bush brought all this on himself by failing to make nice with a filthy terrorist regime, but that can and will be re-spun to say that they would have been on our side against AQ if only Bush had done whatever they wanted.

It’ll be nice to see this sort of thing fade away once President Obama takes office, though. That smile! Click the image to watch.

Yes, I’m sure once Obama starts negotiating, all of these people who have been killing each other (and others) for over 1,000 years will just stop. After all, Obama promises change, and “change” is exactly what Hamas wants.

amerpundit on January 14, 2008 at 12:43 PM

Sure, Bush is going to be able to make peace in the middle-east. As long as the streets are paved with Hamas.

As long as the terrorists are unwilling to accept Israel, there will be no peace.

The President is a fool for thinking that there can be peace.

Hamas,
We are on the American side now.
kthxbye,

Muslims don’t believe in an anti-Christ

“A man in the body of a rhinocerous!”
(And a rhinocerous, no less, from Satan’s belly.)

Was that first video like public service announcements? I half expected “Sign up now at MoveOn.Org” to come up at the end. Are they breaking full disclosure regulations?

MadisonConservative on January 14, 2008 at 12:52 PM

ameripundit,

I’m afraid we will “change” to a country incapable of defending itself and lacking moral fortitude to stand up for its founder’s basic principles.

Crazy Question because I couldn’t watch the video at work.

Shouldn’t Bush be the “Anti-Mohammad” not the anti-Christ ? Isn’t it “affronts” to Mohammad they go bonkers about, not things like crosses in urine ?

Just asking.

Duncan Khuver on January 14, 2008 at 12:52 PM

How many Palestinians does it take to burn a US flag?

(Apparently, nine.)

Tzetzes on January 14, 2008 at 12:54 PM

Of course they (radical Muslims) support Barack Obama, because he supports them. He has two major associations with the Nation of Islam, through his Church and through the Project Islamic HOPE organization>.

People brought up Keith Ellison’s association to Nation of Islam, why are people silent on Barack Obama’s association with Black supremacists and the Islamists of Nation of Islam?

Are Hillary’s campaign people incompetent that they can only call him out on some Madrassa story and drug use? Geez, come on, talk about his CURRENT radical associations.

This is not some smear, this is easily verifiable. Why the silence?

That speaker screamer guy is one angry dude.

Winning hearts and minds…

Talking points from leftist rallies again, huh?

Watch the “renewal of the covenant” at the end of the second clip.
Our way? Jihad. Our greatest glory? Death.

What will all these people do once the Bush-Devil is out of office (including the unhinged libs)?

Rick on January 14, 2008 at 12:58 PM

Bush: “Pfffffft! Heard that before.” (yawns and walks away.)

ThePrez on January 14, 2008 at 12:59 PM

If people do not want to bother with my post, they can go directly to Project Islamic Hope website and see Barack Obama’s picture there. Here is their description:

Project Islamic H.O.P.E. is a national civil rights organization that advocates for the human rights of oppressed People regardless of race, gender or religion.

Project Islamic H.O.P.E. follows the teachings of the Holy Quran and the example of Prophet Muhammad. (Peace Be Upon Him)

We support and follow the leadership of Imam W. Deen Mohammed, one of the world’s foremost Islamic leaders.

Who is Imam W. Deen Mohammad? Go here to read about him: Imam Wallace Deen Mohammad.

Anyone find it strange that he calls himself a Christian, yet is involved with many Islamist groups, and his Church supports Nation of Islam’s Louis Farrakhan?

Indeed. And that’s just the “change” Hamas is hoping for.

amerpundit on January 14, 2008 at 1:02 PM

I’d swear I saw something just like this on either Democratic Underground or Daily Kos.

Anti-Christ….Worst Person In The World

yada yada yada

scottm on January 14, 2008 at 1:07 PM

Gosh, they all seem so angry about something.

All that burning of flags and effigies, tisk tisk, not good for the environment.

Where is your global warming conscience?

One of the things that I like most about Bush, is that the right people hate him.

Techie on January 14, 2008 at 1:22 PM

Well they be right on one statement “peddler of illusions”. I thought he was a true conservative, that he would protect the borders…all an illusion.

Yeah, nothing they say is anywhere near as mean as what he gets domestically. Amatuers.

Frozen Tex on January 14, 2008 at 1:24 PM

You know they are not going let us make nice. When the offal hits the elecrtrical osscilating air cooling unit. There will be alot of human missery as a result. But Barry O is going to save us with his “Change”. So why worry?

ronsfi on January 14, 2008 at 1:24 PM

Wait. I thought Reagan was the anti christ.

It’s not a permanent position, apparently.

By the way, if Bush and Reagan are, or have been, “the anti-christ,” to these Hamas folks, can I take take over if the Dems win? Somebody has to keep the throne warm, guys.

Let me know, Hummus.

Not to discourage you here dude, but nobody here wants Obama as prez. You’re preaching to the choir.

MadisonConservative on January 14, 2008 at 1:27 PM

Whatever else can be said about Bush he has never been soft in the WOT. I know some dislike his dealings with the palistinians but you do have to use carrot and stick at times.

But on Iraq he has been unwavering dispite the fact his poll numbers have tanked over that. He is unpopular because he took an unpopular stance but it was the right choice.

That is the definintion of leadership. Leadership isnt taking the most popular side of a debate. And is why Obama would be a total flop as a president because Presidents have to take actions and not just seem like a nice guy.

William Amos on January 14, 2008 at 1:29 PM

No doubt paid for with American assistance money. Your tax dollars at work.

Tony737 on January 14, 2008 at 1:30 PM

Bill Amos:

“Leadership isnt taking the most popular side of a debate.”

This is why Klinton was so popular … ’cause he never did anything of any significance. But he will be remembered by History as the guy who sat back and let islamo-terrorists gain strength. Bush will be remembered as the guy who destroyed them and liberated 50 million people.

Tony737 on January 14, 2008 at 1:35 PM

Shouldn’t it be, like…the Anti-Mohammed? Or something?

MadisonConservative on January 14, 2008 at 1:27 PM

Well, I would believe that if I knew of any big bloggers who were actually reporting Barack Obama’s association with the Nation of Islam. I know of none. I’m trying to get this information out there to the masses, but it seems people only seem to be focusing on his supposed drug use or that he attended a school in his youth which taught Islam as part of its curriculum. Instead of bringing up his past, how about we focus on his current actions and associations with the Nation of Islam. That is much more relevant. Yet I do not see it getting covered anywhere.

PowerLine exposed Keith Ellison’s association with Nation of Islam, so I sent the info to them, so that maybe they at least would cover this story.

Michael in MI on January 14, 2008 at 2:17 PM

Excuse me, can we get our money back from them?

I’ve noticed that they all must use the same tailor as President Ahneedadinnerjacket.

How does the Muslim religion identify an anti-Christ when they don’t believe in Christianity?

Also, Hillary is afraid to go after Obama’s muslim ties because she will disenfranchise even more black voters.
