TS- my problem always was I was at work whenever registration opened/closed. I’ve waited quite literally since day one to register, and am quite glad to be a noob. I promise not to be too trollish. Really :)

Ok. I’m looking at all the threads and the average number of comments has gone from 2 digits to 3. I really enjoy reading the comments, but with the numbers in the hundreds, I won’t have the time to do that anymore. This seems to be a problem to me.

Yippee! I’m in. Thanks for leaving it open all day. I saw it was open at work, but reg got blocked due to IP number. I sweated it out and when I got home it was still open.

Suggestion: Consider adding a ‘subscribe’ function to threads, so that posters are emailed when another poster replies to him/her on that thread.
I’d like the option of replying, but don’t have time to scan all the posts for comments.

Remember most of us are in the flush of HA commenting youth so that’s to be expected. Plus most of the primary stuff is basically red meat all the way so higher commenting rates are to be expected.
I think AP’s worries about monthly hit rates round this place should be over ;-)

That is a big part of it, if HA can’t generate the income to support AP and Bryan (I expect Michelle does not take a salary from HA but I could be wrong) then it will eventually fail.
That said if you click on the sitemeter logo at the bottom of the page you can see the stats, Dec 14th had more page views then today (actually yesterday).

I was sitting here in Northeastern Ohio watching the Buckeyes get the heck kicked out of them when I decided to fire up my laptop and watch the game peaking over it to see if it would give Tress and the boys some much needed luck!
Allah you turned my despair into glee when I saw that registration was open! I registered and watched the rest of the game with one eye on my e-mail waiting for my password e-mail to show up.
Imagine my despair when the Bucks lost and my e-mail hadn’t shown up.
I started to drink away my sorrows and wait for the e-mail but when I noticed that the registration was closed and their were others posting who registered after I did, another dream crushed (Buckeyes this time last year, Cavaliers, Indians, Browns and Buckeyes AGAIN) I thought and I was crushed.
Thankfully I checked the spam section of my e-mail where I found the password.
Allah you managed to turn what would have been a night of intense sorrow for me into and evening of great joy! Tress and the boys didn’t win this evening but I did! Thanks, Allah
