The ol "poor me' ploy.

So sorry, it does not play well with the informed and the public is becoming more informed than 'Wild Bill' or others on the left realize.

I am getting the sense that the left will be sitting around on Nov 5th saying; "what happened here, it was not supposed to go this way, we told better lies than the other side, we deserved to whine-I I I mean win".

Too Funny.

It is/was okay for Bill Clinton to use 'the rich' to further his goals but not okay for others?

What a total hypocrite.

Clinton rich?

He couldn't afford to keep his cat when he left office.

I like the touch about the 'spirit of campaign finance reform'. Is that one of the three ghosts who visited Scrooge?

I imagine Bill Clinton adjusting his nightcap in his lonely cat-less home on Christmas eve, suddenly visited by the Spirit of Campaign Finance Reform.

It must have really scared him and now he is a changed man

Not even Bloomberg's billions could finance a poll that would give him a snowball's chance in Hell of winning the 2008 election. He just likes being talked about.

Why Is Bill Clinton Doing Hillary’s Hatchet Work?...

Mike Bloomberg must be running for President. Why? Because not only is Bill Clinton criticizing him for being wealthy, but Mike Bloomberg is also firing back.

What's the point of being rich if you can't unduly influence the political process? See, that's what separates Bill from the Afghans. He stays bought.

Best cheap shot against Billy Jeff (made by John Cleese):

There are 3 differences between Britain and America:

1. We speak English.

2. When we hold a World Championship, we actually invite other countries.

3. When we approach our head of state, we kneel on only one knee.

Amazing isn't it,Bill single handedly besmirches and destroy's the Liberal Democrat party, and in the wake
of that political shock wave it inspires an entire
cottage industry of moonbats who are bitter at Republican's.

Yes that's right, and from the first cigar until now,Liberals
have been on a quest to somehow get even with what Bill alone has done all by himself and while Hillary brags to the
media how well she bakes cookies, only to find out later that
Hillary is playing the media like a puppet master.

So I guess nobody(on the Left that is)has the smarts or
courage to shut him up,for some unknown reason's
they(the left)loves to hear him speak, music for Moonbats
I guess!

Clinton spends most of his time bragging about how rich he is. Only a few weeks ago in Iowa, he said to the audience that he was so angry that Bush tax cuts didn't "allow people like me to support our troops" by paying more in taxes. Leave aside for a moment the rather easy answer to Clinton that he can, if he wants, make a larger tax payment to the US than is minimally required. He can also donate to the USO and veterans groups. The whole point of his statement was to brag on himself. He also recently said: "People like me don't need a tax cut". Just another excuse for childish bragging. But how about this whopper. While ostendibly calling for people to give to charity, Clinton said: "You may not have Bill Gates' money or Bill Clinton's connections..." The man is so narcissistic that he wanted to drop Bill Gates name and to brag on himself. The man has no shame. He really is that much of an insecure guy.CI wonder when he was denouncing the access of the rich to political leaders if he included Terry Mccauliff into the mix. This is the Clinton crony who just happened to make millions from World Com before it crashed leaving the little people with worthless paper. Wonder if Bill speaks for them. I feel like a one man research department for hot air and MM.

“We are very frustrated because we have a Supreme Court that seems determined to say that the wealthier have more right to free speech than the rest of us,” - President Clinton

No dummy they don't have more right to free speech. They do have money for TV and Radio ads to have their speech heard by more people. But the homeless guy on the corner can say the exact same things (or the exact opposite) without being thrown in jail.

However the homeless guy doesn't have the right to force a TV station, or radio station to give him airtime for free. Is this the unfair problem that Clinton is now worried about?

Fine, I'll bite. What's the solution? No, let me guess first.

Nationalizing the airwaves and all forms of media under Government control perhaps? I can't see a way that Clinton would consider a "fair" distribution of these resources, except Government control. And controlling the means of production is a big step in the plans of either Democrats, or Socialists. I can't tell them apart anymore.

Lots of recent BC behavior point to early-onset dementia–especially the GHWB comments. It’s either that or he doesn’t want the wife to become POTUS and is purposely sabotaging the effort.

I vote the latter. It's just too weird, the things he's saying - and he's narcissistic and evil but not stupid. Wonder if she's figured it out yet. Probably so - she's not stupid either. The conversations they're having over the "grapefruit" these days must be pret-ty interesting.

He probably whined about that too.

It's not free, Bubba. It costs a lot of money. Everybody gets the same free speech, but it's the expensive kind that gets you elected. Sooooo, is Hill gonna share her war chest with Mike Gravel?

Well, Bill and Hill should feel welcome to set an example for other wealthy folks and withdraw from the race.

Somebody should let slick Willie know that an envy boy only chases his tail and never catches any.
