Brutal oppression of tourists in Cheney’s America turns out to predate Cheney’s America

I sure hope Tom Maguire didn’t pop this balloon before Olbermann’s had a chance to play with it, because I’m dying to hear about the gulag-ization of Customs that began with Abu Ghraib. In the mid-1990s.
Update: Commenter FloatingRock says it’s the nutroots version of The Shining.

Rove and Cheney were even a bigger bastards than we thought…they weaseled into the Clinton White House and begin their oppressive policy early.
So that was the real meaning of the “Head-Start” program.

hm.. well anyone can say anything.
Is there any proof to this story?
If so:
“There I was told that according to their records I had overstayed my visa by 3 weeks in 1995″
that will be pretty sad considering that at this moment there are 50 people crossing the mexican border who’ll find themsleves quite welcome here… any they don’t intend to even spend any money on Christmas gifts!!even!1one.

Are we sure this isn’t the Shining? Maybe Cheney is the only VP we’ve ever had and will always be our VP.

So is that what the new National Treasure movie is about….the search for the Perpetual Vice President?

But… but… Cheney has been wielding power in the background since he was Bush 41′s secretary of defense! Duh!

You don’t go through immigration when you leave the US. I don’t know how they would know that 12 years ago she overstayed her visa.

Ah, yes, during the Vice-Presidency of Al “Dick Cheney” Gore.

Err… perhaps it happened over the weekend or last week.
Of course the site that has the story is a kook conspiracy affair… Troofer links galore and elgeneralisimo’s fav: UFO’s and the National Security State…

From the article, she states that all this happened recently because of the over-stay in 1995? I’m a bit skeptical.

Or wielding power as the CEO of Halliburton. That way, he kept himself in the oil business even while not working for the Bush family. Magnificent bastard, isn’t he?

Reminds me of the HuffPo clown claiming that Bush invited 9-11 because of his lack of response to the USS Cole attack. He claimed that if Gore had been elected President in 2000, he would have been more forceful and averted subsequent attcks, overlooking the little detail that at the time of the Cole attack, Gore was VP, and Slick Willy was the Pres!
