In which “a nation will be redeemed” by a smarmy hypocrite trial lawyer waging class warfare more shamelessly than any major candidate in years. Having dumped on Bloomy in two straight posts, let me assure you and him that I’ll happily cast my vote for the billionaire who stands for nothing except yanking that cigarette out of your mouth for your own good over this tool.
Would I vote for him over a guy who’d yank that cigarette out of your mouth because it’s the Christian thing to do, though? That’s a tougher question.
Note the reference to despair vis-a-vis Iraq. Keep hope alive, Silky.
Update: How far left is he? Far enough to make Nader stand down.

This could be the stupidest thing I have ever seen. I don’t like the douchey trailers for movies that seem moderately interesting, I certainly don’t like a douchey trailer for a douchey candidate for president.

I don’t know. I think it is a very clever ad. If I was a liberal and was considering him, I’d like it.

Slick. Didn’t make a single policy statement. He just stepped into the phone booth and came out in a red cape and tight shorts. A real ‘DC’ comic hero.

….and it would appear he’s running against George Bush in ‘08?

Got that in the mail today addressed from Kevin Bacon.
Six Degrees of Silkiness.
Do those military vehicles have Edwards bumperstickers on them?

Just as some militaries train to fight their last war, So too has Silky decided to fight the last election. With predictable results for his Silkiness.

There was one little psyops visual: Edwards speaking in front of an arena-full of people all dressed in red. What was that, a Workers World Party convention?

I think it’s very effective actually.

To Allahpundit: You missed the best John Edwards video of all. Go to youtube and put John Edwards into the search engine. Near the top, there is a gross out video of John Edwards in New Hampshire. He sneezes heavily into his hand. And then, he reaches out to shake the hand of an old timer without even washing off his germ infested hand. Edwards is so self absorbed that he could not care less about making the old timer sick. God only knows what happened to the old timer when the old timer put his hand on his face or into food after receiving the Edwards germs. One look at this video and nobody will ever again think of Edwards as the voice of the working class.
