Yes, it’s Terrorism at it’s core.

Hypothetical: Why not charge them with the same crimes left wing loons are accusing Bush of: crimes against humanity? If they were waging a legit war, then regardless that means they were intentionally targetting civilians thus violating Geneva, therefor as POWs or unlawful combatants they are no longer protect by Geneva.

What charges do you think they should be brought up on?
