Video: Who lost the debate? Hillary

Silky? “Refreshingly authentic” in his desire to wage class warfare! Obama? “Fearless” in his intent to repeal everything Bush has ever passed! Hillary? “Tired.” The bald guy with the glasses is my favorite.

Do note the response to the dirty politics query near the end. Sayonara, scapegoat.

She is just not a likable person. Add to that she can’t really debate very well, and you got a real one-two punch for failure.

bald guy: “there were no losers”

Such a typical liberal response.

Zetterson on December 13, 2007 at 5:11 PM

High Negative.

Heh. He must run the U-8 soccer club at the local Y.

bald guy *is* a loser…
After all these years of …. BOOOOOOSSSHHHHHHH… It’s so refreshing to see people of such integrity

that resort to drug smears and dirty politics…

Video: Who lost the debate? Hillary

Oh, no, now someone’s gonna get their thumbs broke.

Frozen Tex on December 13, 2007 at 5:15 PM

Losing will never be a Clinton’s fault.
Could feel sorry for Clinton staffers, NOT!

Speakup on December 13, 2007 at 5:15 PM

Dems are a sad lot. Tard factory?

TheSitRep on December 13, 2007 at 5:19 PM

Eeeeeenteresting!

But then again, Luntz’s focus group yesterday thought Romney won, when the majority of the rest of us were certain that Fred won hands down. Don’t know if we can assume Luntz’s Dem group represents Dem reactions in general. It would be very nice to believe that it does, though. Very nice to imagine all Dems were as unimpressed with Hillary today as that focus group was.

aero on December 13, 2007 at 5:19 PM

They’re finally noticing how phoney Clinton is – could be trouble. She’s so phoney, she actually made Silky seem sincere in comparison, and that takes some doing.

forest on December 13, 2007 at 5:20 PM

I wish Luntz would use focus groups made of people from…you know…Iowans when talking about the Iowa caucus. He implies strongly at the end of the clip that these people can “caucus” in Iowa, but I have my doubts.

The accents and ethnicities of the Luntz focus groups for the Iowa caucus seem to indicate he is pulling people from the New York region. At the end of the Dem debate, the view of the audience showed it to be as lily-white as you’d expect from Iowa, even for a Dem event, but his groups (both Dem and Rep) are conspicuously diverse.

Indeed, last night he was in the studio in New York for H&C just a few hours after the debate–a feat that seems very improbable given airport wait times and the weather, not to mention the fact that he was doing another focus group today.

Maybe this criticism is not to the point, but I’m not sure what a great help his focus groups are given the importance of Iowa voters in the process and the…let’s say, unique characteristics of New Yorkers.

These are the faces of the people who are working hard to destroy everything America is about.

The bald guy with the glasses is my favorite.

Which one, the liberal or the Liberal?

AZCON on December 13, 2007 at 5:21 PM

I dunno… anyone think Obama has a better chance at winning the entire Presidency than Hillary does?

Skywise on December 13, 2007 at 5:21 PM

Hillary tired? No ways.

That was my exact thought when I heard him say that.

This is clearly part of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy

/Clinton

BKennedy on December 13, 2007 at 5:23 PM

The bald guy was not from Iowa. That was James Lipton.

And someone needs to clue in the woman who said, “I want Barack Obama in so that he can veto all the stuff that Bush signed into law.”

Skywise on December 13, 2007 at 5:21 PM

Depends on who he runs against. If it’s Huck or Mitt, yeah, he can win it all. If it’s Rudy or Fred, probably not. Hillary would probably have a better chance against Rudy or Fred than Obama would. I think either Hillary or Obama can beat Huck or Mitt, though.

Such vote, just like you and I, many of them.

Make it stop.

Matticus Finch on December 13, 2007 at 5:23 PM

How did Luntz ever keep a straight face interviewing this panel of ignorant voters? The answers they were giving were just bewildering.

geckomon on December 13, 2007 at 5:32 PM

Did Frank Luntz really say, “How many of you thunk Obama won the debate?” (at 1:27 or so)

Matticus Finch on December 13, 2007 at 5:35 PM

Allah, this is one of the funniest videos you’ve ever posted.

John from WuzzaDem on December 13, 2007 at 5:35 PM

Wait a second – is this real?

Ugh.

John from WuzzaDem on December 13, 2007 at 5:36 PM

man, I really think we should test everyone who has the right to vote before they are allowed to vote after seeing this. C-L-U-E-L-E-S-S

Did the bald guy just step off the set of the next Michael Moron movie or is it just me?

jdsmith0021 on December 13, 2007 at 5:37 PM

The Hillary camp worker who did the Obama drug issue will be “spending more time with their family”. He just resigned today.

CommentGuy on December 13, 2007 at 5:52 PM

They should have some test you have to pass before you are allowed to vote. These people are clearly not up to speed. How is Obama going to veto anything Bush has done? That was priceless!

pjf626 on December 13, 2007 at 5:52 PM

I wish I could see the video at work, but from the sounds of things, I’m guessing that when the focus group was finished, they were given their meds and escorted back to their rooms?

Frozen Tex on December 13, 2007 at 5:57 PM

We all knew that someone high up in Mrs. Clinton’s campaign had to pay for the recent slide in the polls. Me thinks Mr. Shaheen was selected to throw himself on his sword…and lob the drug charge on his way out the door. None of this stuff happens by chance. It’s scripted right down to which of her 1000 bug-eye stares she uses for each appearance.

I’m looking forward to the tell-all bestsellers of 2009 – 10.

CK MacLeod on December 13, 2007 at 6:00 PM

The big one in her camp that will probably be leaving in a shake up will be her lead polling guy Mark Penn. A lot is leaking out as to how he has been advising her to run like she was an incumbent and we can all see how well that has worked.

CommentGuy on December 13, 2007 at 6:00 PM

During the debate, Hill’s comments on a transparent administration with good communication is such a stretch after how much she controls press access.

CommentGuy on December 13, 2007 at 6:02 PM

These Dem voters are amazing:

Barack is now a laundry detergent: he leaves no RESIDUE !!

And he is going to veto all of Bush’s Laws — Including NCLB I presume, co written with Teddy the K. Well, its a relief to know THAT ONE will be off the books.

And all those EARMARKS that Bushie signed into law… whoops there they go too.

I stopped half way thru.. listening to Democratic moonbats is just as bad as listening to Democratic candidates.

“Just a bunch of really decent people”? Wow.

Blaise on December 13, 2007 at 6:14 PM

Bald guy : Evil Corporations

They’re out to get you and your little green dollar too!

Other guy : Repealing of Bush laws

What’s the matter, you no likey your tax cuts?

Kini on December 13, 2007 at 6:21 PM

Those evil corporations who are owned by a lot of small investors in their 401K.

CommentGuy on December 13, 2007 at 6:25 PM

It really is hard to tell the difference between that real clip and a SNL or MadTV clip.

They are so excited to repeal all of Bush’s laws – I’m scratching my head wondering what has Bush actually acomplished in seven years that they are so excited to repeal? Bigger gov’t programs then ever and the creation of the Department of Homeland Security? Go ahead ahead and repeal those who will notice?

Resolute on December 13, 2007 at 6:53 PM

Those people are idiots to the last one.

Yep, Edwards, he’ll take on the corporations, yup…YOLP, duuuuhhhh…

That’s obvious. I mean, they can’t be Ioweegians, they’re too skinny!!!!

ScottG on December 13, 2007 at 7:22 PM

1) David vs. Goliath?!

2) A lot of those people think Edwards & Obama both won the debate.

3) Veto standing laws? Hey Allah, can a new President do that?

Tzetzes on December 13, 2007 at 9:02 PM

know thy enemy. If Reps run on fact, truth, freedom we win the congress and the presidency. at the same time many RINO’s are leaving office. so we could actually get a majority of conservatives. Another 11 months of pissing on our troops, trying to pass tax increases, manadating “greenonomics”, high gasoline prices, hig food prices, a recesion due to the Dems inability to lead and we could have an landslide victory.

unseen on December 13, 2007 at 9:07 PM

My favorites:

1. The “lack of political residue” from the lady pretending to be smart as she obviously memorized that dumb line.

2. Bald turtle neck goatee Lib.

3. Something that I can’t believe no one has mentioned: If you are counting down at 3:37 the blond lady on the right started to raise her hand, and then pulled a semi-Romney by half-masting it, but aborted by scratching her face instead.

Come on, check out #3! Am I right?

nottakingsides on December 13, 2007 at 9:11 PM

know thy enemy.

Thine. It’s followed by a vowel (cf. a/an). Don’t mean to be a grammar snob, but…well, actually I do mean to be one.

Tzetzes on December 13, 2007 at 9:15 PM

Barack is now a laundry detergent: he leaves no RESIDUE !!

Yeah…I caught that too. What the heck was she talking about? Reminds me of someone from “Beauty and the Geek”!

asc85 on December 13, 2007 at 9:29 PM

Wow, great parody of liberals.

I think the “residue” quote is actually pretty good. If there’s one thing you’d get with Hillary and her consort, it’s residue.

Splunge on December 13, 2007 at 9:41 PM

OMG…the first guy mentioned “Bush”.

Edwards “authentic”?!??! WTH?

SouthernGent on December 13, 2007 at 10:56 PM

Tired? Tired!? Hmmm, The Doctor must’ve whispered in someone’s ear.

- The Cat

MirCat on December 14, 2007 at 1:23 AM

Did you notice at the very end that when asked who they were voting for in the caucus, several people raised their hands for BOTH Obama and Edwards? Dems voting twice!?!? Can’t imagine that!!!

p40tiger on December 14, 2007 at 3:37 AM

Luntz sounds PUMPED about caucus day.
