Bravo Michelle! Thanks Bryan for the audio. The former Ark. Gov. is full of it. And Laura hit the nail on the head saying he is the best politician in the GOP field. As I've mentioned here more than once, I paraphrase a portion of George Washington's farewell address; never elect a politician to the presidency, as their views are too narrow to lead the entire country. Only vote for a statesman.

Huck seems like the only the honest candidate who can win.. Hillary will eat Mitt(plasticman) and McCaine. Hucks awe shucks persona will shine a bright lite on Hillary’s Fembot-like cackle in the general election debates. Rudy has no chance(no real likability). If Fred would get pissed more often he might have a chance.

Huckabee logic runs like this: Governor Huckabee, did you try to skirt Arkansas ethics laws by staging a fake “reaffirmation of marriage” ceremony so that you could get gifts from people doing business with Arkansas government agencies? Answer from Huckabee: “The gifts were from Targets”. Incredible but that is how Huckabee answered on both CNN and Fox News. Notice that Huckabee provides a nonanswer. Nobody cares that the gifts were from Targets. The point is that Huckabee wanted gifts he was not permitted to receive unless he skirted the law. And Targets sells nice things as well and Huckabee put on the Registry all the nice things that he and the Mrs. wanted. BTW, When Huckabee says that if you get gifts from Targets, it’s OK to dance around ethics laws, someone might mention that Huckabee also wanted and received gifts from Dillards.

But Nugent wanted no part of Vietnam. He claims that 30 days before his draft board physical, he stopped all forms of personal hygiene. The last 10 days, he ingested nothing but Vienna sausages and Pepsi; and a week before his physical, he stopped using bathrooms altogether, virtually living inside pants caked with his own excrement, stained by his urine.

That spectacle won Nugent a deferment, he says, although the Free Press was unable to verify his draft status.

“The men who went should be applauded, but if I would have gone over
there, I’d have been killed, or I’d have killed all the hippies in the
foxholes . . . I would have killed everybody.” [DS: In other words, let them do the job for me, while I rock and lounge over here in safety. Whatever, Ted.]

Again, Michelle Malkin’s logic comes shining through the muck and mire of the Huckles media frenzy.

It is my opinion, and only an opinion, that Huckles is a plant by the Clinton camp in the GOP race. This technique was used by the Huey P. Long machine in Louisiana for years. The Kingfish would stack his puppets in elections. No matter who one would vote for, you were voting for a Long owned candidate.

I am not saying Rudiani, Paul, Huckles, and others are Clinton plants. It is my belief that Richardson and Huckles are Clinton plants. Just a guess…

There is no way I vote for a Huckles.
