Michelle appeared on The Big Story with John Gibson today to talk about the CIA, waterboarding and those destroyed interrogation tapes. Michelle & co delve into the unbelievable, ridiculous and dishonest tripe that has come to typify the Democrats’ objection to waterboarding, which amounts to having been for it before they were against it.

Behold the power of ellipsis. Nice title.

To bad I can not really scratch up any desire to care about the Traitor Pelosi’s water-boarding issues due to the fact that she should have been shot for her actions in the Middle East.

You had me at ‘Democrats’. No need to conitnue after that.

she should have been shot for her actions in the Middle East.

Whew! And here was me worrying about my post re her $16K expenditure for flowers. Guess I’m out of the basement with the Secret Service.

thejackal on December 12, 2007 at 5:45 PM

They were for it until the public found out, and the left screamed “No! Evil! We’re worse than the enemy when we use it!”

If the left changed their kollective mind, then so would the Dems.

I’m saving my money to put down on the Pay-per-view when Michelle becomes Press Secretary and Helen Thomas enters the room. I hope it is broadcast in 3D.

In fairness I have to believe that at the time, they were briefed and told that they had high value targets in custody that had information that would save lives of Americans and these techniques would be needed to get that information. And how, could they in good conscience, say that they would not approve of it? Now that we have gleaned what information we can from these cretins she has turned on the technique.

When the Code Pinkos started to go viral, it was only then that everyone started speaking of torture, and Guantanamo and Abu Grhaib. I would like to think that she isnt purely a hypocrite, I could be wrong though.

Just sayin…

Hey! I know! Just tell the lefties that waterboarding reduces atmospheric carbon! Then they’ll be for it after they were against it! And they’ll do it to themselves (more than they do now, that is).

Frozen Tex on December 12, 2007 at 5:50 PM

They were for it until the public found out polling showed they could raise more money by being against it.

Yes, actually; much more accurate!

Loved Malkin’s

“Shocked, SHOCKED!!”

Democrats are the constable Renault in Casablanca

“I am shocked! shocked! to find that there is gambling going on here!”

and then walks away with his gambling winnings.

Michelle, you do such a great job bringing intelligence and facts to any and all interviews you do. And I’m not just brown nosing, but speaking truth.

I will forever state that what she did was treason, that she should not have been allowed back into this country and/or tried for her actions and given a well earned punishment: firing squad.

Thank you Jimmy Carter for making Treason OK…

Who knew,Nancy new,Michelle nailed it.
Michelle,that was verbally elegant.hehe

i believe Bryan has commented on the fact they were afraid to create legislation outlawing it, because they were afraid of taking blame if critical information was lost due to lack of waterboarding. Yet, they are aware it should be used at critical times and would rather have the CIA agents carry the liability for use, rather than politicians being blamed for a catastrophe for it not being used because it was made illegal. Always the CYA mode.

This isn’t unbelievable, or suprising. It is typical. Democrats have been pouring out swill Since Truman, even more so since Deano created BDS.

The left’s hypocrisy could have been displayed the moment “water boarding” became MSM fodder. The faux astonishment liberals agrandize is for nothing other then to convince the mindless.

I will forever state that what she did was treason…

And I agree! Had she endured the same little accident that befell Ron Brown, I hardly think she’d be missed.

thejackal on December 12, 2007 at 6:01 PM

My “must share” list for today: newspaper interviewer stopped me at mall to ask my opinion on waterboarding and my suggestion for “acceptable” interrogation techniques.

My response: “if I were interrogating a terrorist, I’d ask polite questions until I felt the terrorist was not going to answer. Then I’d take a sip of water, pick up the board and beat the hell out of him until he did.”

Maybe he’ll put my response in the survey next week ….

Can I say without being too personal, but the boss looked exceptionally hot while beating down the Dems in that piece.

d1carter on December 12, 2007 at 6:42 PM

It has become crystal clear that the democraps are sparkling example dishonest (dare I say lying) opportunists. Even if it costs American lives.

As always, Michelle enunciated the evidence better than any other on the tube.

Zorro on December 12, 2007 at 6:44 PM

Nice segment with John Gibson.

Well once again, the Democrat Party has demonstrated that for them, DIShonest IS the best policy, or, as is written in the COMMUNIST MANIFESTO AND RESTAURANT GUIDE-”The ends justifies the means.”

Michelle, as always, you are great to listen to, and great to look at.

The False Dervish on December 12, 2007 at 7:13 PM

Nancy and Harry only “know” something when it benefits them, or harms the president.

Entelechy on December 12, 2007 at 7:44 PM

Michelle our family misses your appearances on FoxNews.

It is too Bad that Bill O’Reilly values Geraldo’s segments more than yours.

I see that he went off to Iraq to try and rehabilitate his “persona” after running himself into the gutter defending illegal immigration and spitting on famous pundits.

Again, we miss you in prime time, the replacements are not up to your high standards of commentary.

ScottyDog on December 12, 2007 at 10:36 PM

Michelle, ‘da Boss, should definitely have her own show – period! She’s always such a pleasure to watch and her commentary is right on!

Great show Michell, always keeping us informed of mental deficiencies of the Left. The following sums up their malady.

“What I said yesterday can not be true because I do not believe it today”?

MSGTAS on December 13, 2007 at 8:57 AM

I generally stopped watching Fox News when it became all Peterson all the time. Fox has gone from Lacey to Stacey Peterson with an occasional foray into Anna Nicole Smith/Larry Burkhead territory. About once a week, Fox then heads south to Arruba for the latest nonevent in the Natalie Holloway story.
But I did watch the video of Michelle Malkin’s appearance. It’s nice to agree with someone who has Michelle’s looks!!!
