Now they want to take away snake foods in schools, just like SUV’s, soon it will be your wide screen HDTV, or your laptop.

Still, this has been a bad week for the Democrats. They have been exposed on waterboarding, had their dark CIA tapes conspiracy evaporate, and now their global warming conspiracy is gone to the ether as well. Should we put the nutroots on suicide watch? Or just await the next bogus conspiracy theory?

My folks told me about their first Christmas in Texas (Ft Worth, 1970). For entertainment they walked to a nearby intersection to watch cars slide past the stop signs.

I’m just fine without sheets of ice, though. Central Texans just do not know how to drive on ice (including me), so the tiniest bit of ice basically shuts us down almost completely.

I don’t envy you one bit; I’m only getting a taste of that (along with some more snow) up here in southeast Wisconsin.

I’m just fine without sheets of ice, though. Central Texans just do not know how to drive on ice (including me), so the tiniest bit of ice basically shuts us down almost completely.

Yeah, those cold fronts just aren’t quite making it down to central and south Texas. We’ll get a day or two at a time of 40s-60s, and then it’s back up into the 70s and 80s again.

So sorry to you and others dealing with these monster storms, though. It does make me feel petty for complaining about shorts and flip-flops in December. Stay safe and warm!

He’s not in Texas, that’s for sure. Texas is pretty far from frozen. It’s been in the 70s-80s for much of the past month here. Hard to get in the Christmas spirit when you’re wearing shorts and flip-flops in December.

While I grant, it’s supposed to be cold, it’s 15 to 20 degrees Celcius colder than it normally is right now. During the week I took my heavy-duty parka in to be refurbished. Lucky me.

Sheets of ice for the last 2 days, here in OKC. Raining now. Yesterday morning, over 400,000 were without power, just in the OKC area. We might have snow, tomorrow.

What kills me is, they also associate temporary cooling as a part of the overall global warming effect. So, in essence, if it gets too hot, we’re right. If it gets too cold, we’re still right.
