I’m not surprised that they’d go so far as to throw up an advertising blimp for him. It’s as if they’re trying to make their silly notions become reality through sheer force of will. I.e., “Ha! See! We put up A BLIMP! Take that, secret masters of the United States!”

If you want less federal spending, then you need less federal power and “assistance”; thus more states need to be held more responsible and accountable.

This isnt organized by Ron Paul. The thing about Ron Paul is that his supporters are organizing things for him. He was not behind the Guy Fawkes fundraising thing at all, not is he behind this, nor is he behind the Boston Tea Party fndraiser. People believe in his message and are thinking of brilliant ways to support his campaign completely independent from his actual campaign.

on second thought, one big problem we have is not teaching Military History anymore and that is something Paul likely supports.

I was reading up on Ron Paul and most of his positions on things sound very smart (government agencies, taxes, pro-life, etc.). Of course, the one glaring exception is foreign policy, where he is just bat-sh*t crazy.

Is there any non-Presidential position this guy could actually work in? Or have I just inhaled too many fumes?

Does that mean that we could see 5 or 6 blimps in Blimp Wars over some tightly contested primary city? It’d be like a giant slow-motion multi-opponent Sumo match. Popcorn!

We could to do what the UN does for Global Warming(TM). However, instead of flying in 10,000 delegates to argue about how to reduce fuel consumption, we should inflate thousands of DirigiPauls and have a tea party.

P.S. Doesn’t Dr. Paul know about the worldwide helium shortage?

As we are clearly reaching peak helium production and supplies are running out, I want to know what the Democrats’ plan is to become helium independent and/or develop alternative sources of helium because this is obviously a result of global warming which is caused by George Bush and his American imperialism. Halliburton! What will we tell our children and grandchildren when they can’t blow up balloons at their birthday parties? There needs to be a national plan to address the helium crisis now. Do it for the kids.
