It figures that the first salvo from the fightin’ nutroots would focus not on policy but on her unwillingness to fight fight fight.

She is fighting now, though, isn’t she?

That comes off as a huge pro-Rudy commercial. No, that was not their original intent and you really have to wonder where their heads were when they made that one.

Plus, do they realize that the baby bond idea was absolutely HATED by the public?

GogglesPisano on December 4, 2007 at 10:05 AM

The left is now using the “Hillary isn’t Marxist enough” approach.

God help us!

The day when Americans except a communist idea like that is the day America is over.

TheSitRep on December 4, 2007 at 10:06 AM

Yeah! Do it! Tear yourselves apart, Lefties!

A $5000 account? Now please tell us, Hill, where exactly does the money come from? Will it be donated by John and Teresa Kerry, John Edwards, a member of the Kennedy family?

Bigfoot on December 4, 2007 at 10:19 AM

Haha, Hillary’s ideas suck. That’s why she backs down.

ballz2wallz on December 4, 2007 at 10:27 AM

The cardboard cut out is probably the best looking I ever seen Hillary. Jus’ sayin.

RobCon on December 4, 2007 at 11:14 AM

“every baby born in America a $5,000.00 account”.

If that’s not a magnet for illegal immigration I don’t know what is.

Now please tell us, Hill, where exactly does the money come from?
Bigfoot on December 4, 2007 at 10:19 AM

Easy. To make sure that the government isn’t “subsidizing The Rich”, only those making less than $80K a year will get the $5K bond. It will be funded by a “fee” of $5K per child born to those making more than $80K.

Goggles:

EXACTLY!

If it ends up being Rudy vs Hills, this would be a perfect Rudy ad — showing how he called Hills on her $5000 gift idea and she immediately backed down. What guts, eh!

So how will she do the first time Osama theatens her to sacrifice Israel to the Palis or else?

Always Right on December 4, 2007 at 11:32 AM

Hey, left, thanks for the ad…it saved Rudy a ton of money. He shows who is the Alpha dog between these two.
Hope you run more ads, Mitt needs some help, Fred needs a couple of your ads.
You guys are the greatest…thanks again.

We already have a socialist country!

(Not Sweden socialism, but involuntary mass redistribution of wealth? You bet!)

May George Soros soon retire from public life. The sooner this character removes himself from America’s political stage, the sooner our country can begin to heal.

This single man has done more to harm our country’s political dialog than any other. He has used his wealth (some of which was illegally earned as an “investor”) to put his loony beliefs into action. He is funding the nutroots and has accomplished the suborning of the Democratic Party.

Somebody is funding Glenn Hurowitz (owner of Democraticcourage.com), the author of this ad. That source is almost certainly, in part (if not totally), Soros or a Soros cut-out. We won’t know for certain until after the 2008 election when they will have to file with the FEC.

Hurowitz is an extreme leftist and environmentalist kook whose “grass root” offices just happen to be on Q Street in Washington, DC. His domain name was first created in December 2005, and he is a blogger/author The American Prospect.

Democratic Courage PAC has formally endorsed Silky, though you can’t tell that by this “Stop Hillary at All Costs” ad.
