You are. Just like most Rudy supporters, you spend your days ranting and raving about other candidates being corrupt, spending hours posting the details on blogs in an attempt to support your candidate. But then when your own candidate is found to be guilty of the same (or worse), you BLOW IT OFF and ramble on about why we should ignore it.

An honest man would back off, have concerns that they may have made a mistake, and re-evaluate whether or not they want to support a corrupt candidate to lead this country.

An honest man would not completely ignore the entire scandal, while choosing instead to display anger over the mention of 9/11 in the last two seconds of the video.

It’s funny how worked up a tool can get and miss the point. Who the hell is defending corruption? I’m defending the man’s right to use one of the great examples of crisis leadership of the past 50 years to explain why he thinks he is fit for the presidency. And as for the First Responders “hating” him, that has as much to do with the fact that Rudy finally gave the okay to remove the mountains of rubble from the site when others would still have that smoldering heap sitting there today. I’m not saying they shouldn’t have been passionate about wanting to recover remains forever, but a decision had to be made. When they’re made, some people get pissed off. The fact that that spot still sits empty today in an indictment on many others, including the quintessential RINO (although he has since at least ended the charade) Bloomberg.

I don’t think everyone was ‘offended’ (and most people know why I put that in quotes). If anything if goes to show how gruesome it is for him to overuse 9-11.

I wanted to address the ’911 911 911′ bit at the end. I almost left it out of the video, because I knew it ran the risk of ruining it for people. There’s nothing funny about 911.

However – there is something funny yet not at funny about the way Rudy uses it. Every candidate mentions 911 at some point, but Rudy is well known for totally overdoing it. So – in doing a video that’s supposed to a parody of Rudy’s spin style, I decided to leave it in. I’m working on another video right now, and I redo the same basic joke but in a couple of totally different ways. The joke isn’t 911 – it’s how Rudy mentions 911, all the time, appropriate or not. And that Rudy spent more time at baseball games than at Ground Zero, it’s a grim joke at that.

I respect and understand different people’s reactions, but I thought I’d at least get my thoughts.

When most of our “leaders” had their heads up their arses or were wetting their pants in the immediate aftermath of 9-11, Rudy became the leader of the country.

Please don’t make me vomit. Rudy ran around finding cameras and giving speeches. That’s all he did after 9/11. He gave motivating speeches. If this qualifies a person to become President of the United States in your mind, then vote for Anthony Robbins.

There are many so-called conservatives who hang out on HotAir who are the most hypocritical bunch I’ve ever seen. They spend years whining and screaming about Bill Clinton and the corruption of the liberals, and now we see them consistently campaigning and defending the likes of Rudy Giuliani. To these people, corruption is only a bad thing when it’s the liberals?

It’s bad enough that we have people who call themselves conservatives encouraging people to vote for the worst of all RINOS, but it nauseating to see the same people defending corruption.

I hope I never see Sugar Land posting a single negative comment regarding ANY person guilty of corruption.

Hmmm… you may feel that way… but don’t try to speak for the entire country.

Rudi has never been MY leader… I already knew way too much about him…

He got his 15 minutes on 9/11, and is now trying to use that to catapult into the White House…

His First Responders HATE HIM! He did NOTHING to secure NYC prior to 9/11, even after the warning of the FIRST WTC bomb. First Responders still did not have proper communications… and are still having problems getting the government to help them with the health problems they got while responding…

Rudi talks tough… but we need a LOT more than talk.

it doesn’t change the fact that when the shinola hit the fan, Rudy was what the country needed, a leader in a time of crisis. Heaven help us that his campaign thinks its a good idea to hang their hat on this. People that don’t like Rudy are trying to turn 9-11 mentions into a punch line. Whatever.

Rudy has turned himself and his endless harping on his role on 9/11 into a punchline. He just keeps patting himself on the back.

BTW, the Dallas Cowboys have always been the crappiest team of all time. Please note that bringing up all those Super Bowl wins is both stupid and unfair.
