I saw on Don Surber’s blog that Dennis Kucinich is mulling a run as an independant. His running mate: Ron Paul.

I, for one, would welcome that. It would pull the extreme left wingers out of the equation next November. Let’s hope the “Moonbat Dream Ticket” comes into play.

Rudy’s robot Huck is in the process of derailing Mitt and Fred. Rudy will be elected President, because most people agree with his positions. The SoCons that scorn Rudy are next election’s extreme freaky fringy Paulnuts. Remember, Rudy will be President of the US, leader of the free world, and leader of the Republican Party until 2016 — and he won’t take phone calls from those who scorn him now!!!

I also actually like a lot of Ron Paul’s domestic policies. He’s the only one to have a healthy disdain for government.

2. “Scandal” is in the eye of the Democrat beholder. No matter how clean (or not) any of our guys are, the psy-ops by the DNC/MSM will be relentless. It will also be totally fake, as their side will be given a total free pass no matter how damning the evidence. If we fall for feeling guilty or act out of fear of accusations from the dishonest Left, we will deserve to lose, since the spine removal will be voluntary.

I’ve never gotten the whole Ron Paul thing. I guess the “trilateral commission” conspiracy crowd was just a waitin’ to get back into politics. Maybe the Clinton Crime Family is pushing him so the Republicans can get “Perot-ed” again.

I can see the 1st part of the headline for this post, but as far as the scandal having a big effect on Rudy, I just don;t see it. Wanna know why? It’s not a story. Go to any MSM outlet, and you’ll have to look around to find any mention of it. Most of the campaign stories now have to do with Huck’s rise, and Fred’s somnambulance. It’s a “whose word do you trust?” story, and will go nowhere unless somebody produces some hard evidence of malfeasance.

Yes, Rudy is a liberal and people are just starting to pay attention to the campaigns. Ergo, he is losing support among conservatives.

Rasmussen actually keeps data in two different ways. The first poll you mentioned is his daily tracking poll, which is a four day rolling average that is updated each day. Due to sample size and weekend effects, these tend to be pretty volatile. On the other hand, the second poll you mentioned is his seven day average for the previous week, which includes a larger sample size and is not updated each day. RCP uses the seven day poll, while most other, more excitable bloggers use the four-day tracking poll for daily afternoon hyperventilation purposes. As the margins of error in these things is usually 3-5%, you can see that they both actually report the same thing.

Notice in particular how different his numbers for Mitt and Fred are between the two. In fact he has them flipped.
