What crap! Picket lines are set up against parties with some standing in a conflict. Going into a Party debate is not “crossing picket lines” as a scab.

Are Hillary and Obama going to not respond to a jihadi WMD attack on US soil because CAIR sets up a picket line?

Why do they need writers for a debate anyway?

How else do they know what to ask. The writers have to go to the pollsters, then they write the questions best suited for the candidates, and the “plants”.

Hey, here’s a joke. When CNN was asked about plants, they just shrubbed it off.

I don’t see the problem CBS.

If reruns of Letterman fit the bill while the writers are out on strike, why not go ahead with the Democrat debate?

Their political strategies haven’t changed one iota in the past 50 years. They whine about gay rights, abortion, education, health care and social security ad nauseum.

So put ‘em on …. all they are is a rerun anyway.

That was my initial reaction too. But it appears that CBS was ready to proceed, but Clinton and Obama decided to play to their union base by refusing to cross picket lines.

Someone should call them on that. They are denying all Americans a chance to hear them debate in order to honor a strike on the entertainment side of the media business.

Why would they want to debate? Their approval numbers go down after each and every debacle. It’s amazed me they’ve had as many as they have. I guess it was their ego. They actually convinced themselves they had something to say.
