No, Jack, the true peace is not a peace of arms – but when you’re at war, you need to GET TO the peace of arms before you can make the changes needed to make a true peace.

They haven’t had their taxes raised, they haven’t been drafted, and they don’t really participate in the war.

He means we haven’t been bent over the barrel yet. He also doesn’t think it counts that we really do support the war, the troops, and what Pres. Bush is trying to do in the Middle East, or that we do try to vote idiots like him out of office so we can get someone in who supports the war and troops.

It is quite depressing, though, that he has been reelected time and time again for decades now — what are the people in Johnstown thinking?
