Video: E.D. Hill and Daniel Pipes on the Manhattan Brooklyn madrassah’s return to the headlines

When we last heard from Debbie Almontaser, she was screaming “Islamophobia” in a crowded city an attempt to get her job back as principal of the Islamic school in New York, the Khalil Gibran International Academy. Now she’s making good on the scream by suing to try to get that job back, even though she currently holds a job in the Department of Education. Her lawsuit even comes with a conspiracy theory built right in. Daniel Pipes and host E.D. Hill aren’t buying it.

From the description, the school sounds like the perfect training camp for all the good little jihadists.

I love this city, but what the heck are they thinking?

Is anyone else loving this guy’s voice?

Yes.

What’s in the curriculum?

Are they teaching the ABC’s or Wahhabiism?

Kini on November 20, 2007 at 6:42 PM

She needs to take that rag off her head for starters.

Given the city’s connection to 911,
I think,this is an attempt,to make
New York as, Jihad Central,by starting
off with Jr.Kindergarten Jihad school,
and in New York, talk about insult to injury.

I’m so sick and tired of islamists and their leftist allies.

Give this chick the boot … and her friends too.

Why is the department of Education supporting any schools that don’t teach in English?

Resolute on November 20, 2007 at 7:12 PM

Just another example of the Islamification of America.

Their overt eagerness and aggressiveness to overtake all things NOT ISLAM , coupled with our politically correct liberal politicians and media, is a sure recipe for disaster.

They are going to keep pushing, and we’re keep accomodating, and then my friends you’ll wake up one day with your head in the footbath instead of on your pillow.

It’s not if, it’s when, and if you vote Democrat, you can speed things up a little bit too.

This knucklehead Islamist works as a “school superintendant in the department of education”?

New York simply hates itself.

If NBC had hired E.D. Hill instead of Katie Couric they would have had a good news program.

E.D. is too good and too tough for NBC. She will not betray America as a losing, evil country.

We must remember that we reside in the People’s PC and Sensitive Republic of New York.

WHOOPS! Sorry….

E.D. is too good and too tough for NBC. She will not betray PORTRAY America as a losing, evil country.

Sorry about that, E.D.! My bad! :(

New Yorkers need a reminder of what happened on 9/11 – Not a physical one, mind you, but a reminder nonetheless. Have they so soon forgotten? It seems the rest of the country has not. Are they just so very liberal that they actually think that we had it coming? Is there a patriot left in New York?

You probably had it correct either way!

I am a New Yorker and was working in NYC on 9/11. I saw the second plane hit the tower live, and in color. I for one do not need a reminder. Most NYers do not either.

The problem is that an incident like this one is the result of PC multiculturalism, in a country in desperate need of some serious tort reform. There was no shortage of relief expressed when Almontaser, the true-blue Islamist, stepped down. The ltigious retort by her, with the probable support of CAIR speaks volumes, but then again, a Muslim representative on Bloomberg’s commission is also the lawyer who is currently representing the “flying Imams”, again, on behalf of CAIR.

I hope that clears a few things up for you.

that is why I no longer live there…

BadBrad on November 21, 2007 at 6:12 AM

With or without Ms. Almontaser, this school should not exist whether it be taxpayer funded or not. I sometimes think we’re too collectively stupid as a nation to endure.

pistolero on November 21, 2007 at 7:40 AM

Don’t Almontaser me bro!
