“Get to her”? Allah, she was never a conservative. She openly supports affirmative action, Title IX, Al Sharpton, called for Don Imus’ ouster over speech she disagreed with, etc., etc., etc., ad nauseam–actually, ad vomitum. She’s a statist airhead who is not as far left as they are. BFD. Almost as good as her credentials: Fourth Place on survivor, former shoe designer, married to the horrid QB brother who is even worse than his horrid QB brother.

Very practical conservative parents who listened solely to talk radio while I was growing up. I was raised on Larry Elder and Bill Handel. I still listen to Handel and to John & Ken. I also went to a VERY liberal high school magnet, probably more liberal than Berkeley (our “sister” school), so UCLA was almost right leaning comparatively. Sad, ain’t it?

Obviously Elizabeth is doing fine and we are all making jokes at her expense. I’m sure if you wanted to be polite to your liberal boss, you’d all say the same thing as she did just to be nice. After all, Mama told me if I didn’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all. And I think she’d be wonderful for the next Vent.

Sounds tongue in cheek to me. If she was being serious, though, boy, I’d say the 19th amendment was a mistake…

I was talking to a liberal the other day and he said, “I bet I can change you into a liberal.” My reply was to laugh in his face and say, “Better people than you have tried.” If I can survive through Los Angeles Unified AND UCLA without going left, a nice, friendly letter from The One and Only Female Presidential Candidate ain’t going to change my mind either.
