Boy, you busted me real good. I deserved it. Spelling has never been my strong suit. It’s that whole left-brain/right-brain thing. Granted I scored 144 IQ in the 4th grade, but still to this day have constant spelling errors.

It’s a good thing it didn’t hamper my professional growth either. I’m lucky we have spell check on most document programs. Had that not been there, who knows? I could be living in the streets eating rotten cabbage verses a partner in one of the largest design firms in the state. It could have been disastrous.

Thanks for the heads up on the spelling error. I’ll practice my Hooked-On-Phonics tonight extra special hard. I’d hate to fall off the ladder and land in the gutter.

Fact is that the only thing that sepperates a few of the commenters here and professional screen writers is access

Congratulations to Hot Air and WB! Well done. I am not surprised, Allah does a heck of job attracting attention with his catchy headlines and the comments are always thoughtful and fun.

Amos, at that point, you’ve got nothing to lose. Feel free to go in with “guns blazing” and tell your supervisor how you really feel.

I stood up to my boss yesterday, demanded an apology and let them know what to expect going forward… “a happy, friendly work environment” or we could go negative, and that would not serve in their best interests. My situation was that I was being blamed for something that I have marginal responsibility for, and that the blame needed to be placed directly at my boss’ feet, since they, not I, are ultimately responsible. It was very enjoyable letting my boss hear it, and she tried to wiggle out of it for the first 20-30 mins, but I was right, so therefore there was only one conclusion on her part, she was WRONG. It DOES help that I had the goods on them, though!

Best Tuesday I’ve had in a long damn time!

Will give Allah all the credit. Being a Yankees fan I got a kick out of his Pope at Yankee stadium post. It stuck in my mind.

Is why I hang out here between Michelle’s Pragmatic conservativism to Bryan’s articulate stance on issues to Allah’s humor all these combine to make this the best blog out there.
